Chapter 6 - The Body that Could Break Swords (2/2)

Administrator Yang seized the sword from Lin, and couldn’t get a clue after checking it for some time; then he said angrily, “Change another one. They must have purchased some shoddy ones.”

Crack! Crack! Crack!

Three in a row, every one broke without a reason. Administrator Yang looked Lin Yun up and down, “You sword slave, are you playing tricks on me?”

Lin Yun made his name in the whole Qingyun Sect for his sword- maintenance skills.

Four cyan steel swords broke consecutively without a reason, which aroused Administrator Yang’s suspicion.

Lin Yun was also confused in his heart. He said, “That was beyond my ability. And I wouldn’t do such things. How about…Administrator Yang…I choose one by myself?”

“You wish! Wait here.”

Administrator Yang glared at Lin Yun, and then searched the piles of waste swords in the corner. Suddenly his eyes shined.

He found a rusted old sword shrouded in dust, and handed it to Lin Yun.

Before Lin Yun pulled the sword out of the scabbard, Administrator Yang already pushed him out, “Try it when you go back. Don’t do it here. If you break it again, I will have no one for you.”

After having broken four swords, Lin Feng was also a little embarrassed, so he gave up.

Before he went back, Administrator Yang asked him, “So you’re sure you’d practice the Flowing Wind Swordplay?”

“Yes.”

“Haha, good for you. This swordplay has a high requirement for aptitude, higher than a sword slave like you can imagine. If you don’t change now, I will never change it for you even if you come to beg me in the future.”

“Farewell.”

For Lin Yun persistence, Administrator Yang who already held the grudge could only sneer in his heart, “Someday you will come to beg me.”

Two hours later, Lin Yun put on the clothes of the sect before the cabin. With a white gown inside, and a cyan one outside, he looked much more handsome.

On the ground before the cabin, the sound of the sword was howling in the air. Lin Yun was practicing with his sword. His moves were as smooth as the flowing water.

If Administrator Yang had been here, he would have been stunned for what he saw.

A common person couldn’t even get familiar with the Flowing Wind Swordplay in half a month. But for Lin Yun, it was like a piece of cake.

“It’s not so difficult as I imagined.”

Two hours later, Lin Yun already got the hang of it, and comprehended all the basic moves.

Except the basic sword moves, there were three deadly moves, namely Swords Rotating to Make Winds, Flowing Shadow of Reflective Light, and Wind Blowing without a Trace.

Although his sword skills hadn’t reached Slight Achievement now, it wouldn’t take him long.

Staring at the blade, Lin Yun was pondering. Administrator Yang gave this old sword to him.

The sword was two-finger wide, and 1.1-meter long, with no gloss on the edge. The blade was dark cyan. It looked old, with no gloss at all.

Lin Yun knocked on it, but the heavy blade didn’t make any ringing metal sound.

So Lin Yun guessed it should be made of metal wood.

Except metal, animal bones, rocks and metal wood all could be made into swords, which were really rare.

Metal wood, which was not an official name, was kind of sharp wood as hard as metal.

When Elder Hong taught him Sword-maintenance Skill, he gave him a Flower Sword Collection, which recorded many famous swords.

Among them were some rare ones, which were made of natural woods.

There were a lot of woods that could be made into swords. And the most famous one was the Ancient Jian Wood.

For the sword in his hand, he couldn’t tell its origin.

But seen from its dark color, no aura, it should be a waste one whatever its origin.

Wood Sword relied on its natural aura. Without special maintenance for a long time, it’d lose its gloss and aura, no better than an ordinary one.

But Lin Yun was already very happy. At least it didn’t break.

With good maintenance, it would be good enough for him.

After putting the sword back in its scabbard, Lin Yun took out the Pure Yang Script. He said with a little excitement, “It’s time to practice inner power.”

Without inner power, there’d be no future. The one who passed the third level of Martial Practice could be called a real kung fu practitioner.

Crossing his legs and closing his eyes, after feeling the inner power, Lin Yun tried to move his inner power carefully with Pure Yang Script.

At first, he was not quite familiar with it.

The inner power ran here and there in his body, really hard to control.

When he was proficient at it, it was already dark outside.

Looking at the stars, Lin Yun was quite excited, because he had hit the top level and could control it as he wanted.

With calming down, Pure Yang Script operating, Lin Yun fell in some kind of mysterious state.

As the inner power flowed in his body, he could see his viscera clearly. How wonderful!

He could see the inner part of his body!

After achieving the third level, one could see his own viscera, and become a real kung fu practitioner.

Lin Yun didn’t notice it because he was still immersed in practicing.

In the mysterious space upon his pubic region, an old broken sword was hanging there, the handle of which was clung around by nine chains spreading in the darkness.

When he used the Pure Yang Script, some kind of miraculous light fell on the broken sword, stirring up some ripples.

With the miraculous light falling down, the tail ends of the chains were shaking in the dark, scary and mysterious.
