80 First prototype? (2/2)
”Yeah.. I agree with you, my stomach still feel weird after the jump..” the second figure, Lucas, agreed as he hold back his own rainbow from bursting out.
The two figure are Lucas and Eleanor. After reporting their recent activity and the prophecy to the Mizuki royal family, their king, Adolf King Wiseman, decide to lend them a hand.
As soon as his words left his mouth, people of many profession flood the throne room and taking them both away. Subjecting them to endless hours of rush training and education before being brought back to the king after a week.
They couldn't even utter as much as a word of complain or question before the king wave his hand and they found themselves here, with a stomach that felt like they've been put inside a barrel before being shake violently.
”If I have learned anything, next time I see that guy I will use my mother 7 hours long lecture technique on him, give him a piece of my mind.” Said Elea, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand before adding. ”So where are we anyway?”
It took a few more breaths before Lucas look up to their surrounding and taking out a small clear crystal that's faintly glowing purple.
”I think we are somewhere north of Alandria, the hunter's forest to be exact.”
”Well, at least the king didn't mess with us too much. It could have been somewhere worse.”

”Yeah, tell me when you feel better, we'll move then.”
”Sure thing, just let me lie down over there for now.”
.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
Holding a small orb the size of a Brazilian nut, light could be seen moving from Vayne's hand into it until it stop a few moments later.
”Alright, the basic programming is complete, supposedly it can move and bark now.” I said with a tired smile. Setting the core down to the table.
”Now should I start reassembling everything or not, that's the question. It's almost dinner time as well.”
It take a few seconds of pondering before I decide to go through with the process, it's not like Fiona won't set aside a portion for him to eat later.
Putting the nut size brain into the skull and reattach it to the rest of it's body before refitting and stitching the cloth skin over it, took almost 2 hours before the final product is done.
And now, for the moment of truth!
Sending a mana command, I order the little thing to move forward. For a moment it did not do anything and I thought I made a failure, but then it moved. Just as commanded, it moves forward. Keep moving forward even after it's face kisses the wall before being told to stop.
Looking at the result, I rub my brows in frustration. It could be considered a success but at the same time it is a failure.
This first prototype shows it is working without an issue, but it is lacking any form of intelligence. It will never be useful in battle unless he can improve it's intelligence.
Stretching out, I leave my room for my late dinner, I'll think about how to improve the thing some other day.
