While Zhou Lei was in his bed, sobbing about his sore butt, the three other family members were confused.

If his fever was not real, how did he make the temperature on those thermometers very high? It wasn't like he dipped it in scorching hot coffee, like in a cartoon.

They were all observing him through the process of taking his temperature, so he could not have done any trickery to change the temperature!
