What was supposed to come had indeed come!
Mo Wan held the steering wheel with both hands, keeping the car in a straight line. He slammed on the brake pedal a few more times and finally stopped the car.
When the car stopped, the one that was following her also followed. When Mo Wan stopped the car also stopped behind her. Mo Wan saw a few burly, fierce-looking men get off the car.
Without the slightest hesitation, Mo Wan quickly got off the car and ran towards the cemetery by the side of the road. The few men saw her running towards the cemetery and looked at each other before chasing after her.
Mo Wan was wearing flat shoes today, so it wasn't hard for her to run, but those men were not vegetarians, so they were obviously much stronger than her.
However, they saw that Mo Wan was running towards the cemetery, so they came here a few times. They knew that the cemetery was sparsely populated, and the woman in front of them could not escape anymore.
The few men followed behind Mo Wan calmly as they approached her. Mo Wan's eyes scanned the cemetery, and when she saw a black statue-like figure, she shouted, ”Help!”
Seeing her cry for help, the other men no longer approached slowly, but sped up their pace. Naturally, Mo Wan couldn't outrun those men. One of the men quickly caught up to her and grabbed her long hair.
However, it was obvious that these people would not show mercy to the fairer sex. While grabbing her, another person came over with a ferocious smile, and Mo Wan's eyes were filled with fear. She struggled desperately, ”Don't hurt me, I'll pay you however much you want.”
”It's not a matter of money, beauty.” The man said as he raised the dagger in his hand. The light from the dagger was reflected by the sun, giving off a blinding light. ”If you want to blame someone, blame your bad luck.”
Mo Wan glared viciously at the man, ”If you dare make a move, I'll die without a burial ground!”
The man was shocked by the viciousness in her tone. This girl was clearly a meat on the chopping block, but he didn't know why he still felt terrified after hearing her words.
However, this fear only lasted for a second. He sneered, ”I want to see how you will make me die without a burial ground!” As he spoke, he swung the knife in his hand viciously at Mo Wan's face.
The air in the surroundings instantly became cold. Not only did Mo Wan feel the cold, the other men also felt it.
The man's dagger was already in front of her, but she was staring at him unblinkingly. The man's blade was already pressed against her skin, and the cold made her feel that something was about to happen, but she wasn't afraid. All she had in her eyes was hatred.
A clear sound rang out, followed by a clear wailing sound. The situation was reversed in an instant. The man who had used his dagger to slash at Mo Wan's face was lying on the ground, wailing, while Mo Wan was standing there unharmed.
Everything came from the addition of a person. It was a tall, middle-aged man wearing sunglasses. No one knew when he came, nor how he managed to quickly break the dagger man's arm.
Seeing the sunglasses wearing man alone, the other men looked at each other and surrounded the man in an encirclement. Mo Wan didn't see any fierce fights, and didn't know how the sunglasses wearing man did it, only a clear cracking sound could be heard. Within a blink of an eye, the other men's arms were broken as well.
