Chapter 1311 - Reunion (3) (1/2)

Gu Mohan was certain, it was her!

He slowly turned around.

Tang Mo’er stood downstairs, wearing a vintage pink shirt with lantern sleeves and navy blue pants. She had long hair and a wispy fringe. Three years had passed and she was now 29, but she still remained as beautiful as she was in his memories.

The wind blew around gently while she just stood there, her lustrous eyes crinkling into a smile at him.

This was just like a dream.

Gu Mohan furrowed his brows, lowering his eyes before he lifted his head to look again. She was still standing there.

It wasn’t a dream.

She was a real person.

She had returned.

Clenching his fists tightly by his sides, his eyes reddened in an instant.

A tiny figure lunged at her, hugging her leg. “Mommy, you’re finally back!”

Gu Mohan lowered his eyes and looked, it was… the little girl he met at the beach yesterday.

She was her daughter?

Her name was… Tang Sihan.

Tang Mo’er… misses… Gu Mohan.

Was that what it meant?

Gu Mohan’s gaze riveted from little Gu Sihan onto Tang Mo’er’s face. He glared at her with bloodshot eyes, almost devouring her with his gaze.

Tang Mo’er touched little Gu Sihan’s head and looked at Gu Mohan, the corners of her lips raised. “Mr Gu, didn’t you want to talk to me? Now is the time.”

She was the occupant?

So it was her!

Gu Mohan didn’t have to think that hard to know that she had done it on purpose, she had tricked him to this island!

He hated this woman so much. With a stern voice, he asked, “What do you want?”

Tang Mo’er looked straight in his eyes. “Mr Gu, I want to marry you. If you marry me, I’ll sign the agreement.”

Mr Gu, I want to marry you.

Marry me.

The veins on Gu Mohan’s forehead twitched. He looked at the woman from above, what made her think she was worthy?

She sacrificed her life to save Lu Yeming three years ago, not even leaving a word behind for him. She was simply heartless.

What made her think that she could just come and go whenever she pleased?

Tang Mo’er looked at him, her eyes crinkled into a smile as she asked, “Mr Gu, will you marry me?”

Gu Mohan sneered, “Are you forcing me to marry you?”

“So what if I am? I just want to know your answer.”

Gu Mohan pressed his lips into a firm line. “I am not going to marry you.”

So that was his answer.

Tang Mo’er averted her eyes, her lashes fluttered as she responded, “Okay, got it. I won’t move away then.”

“Miss Tang,” the village head spoke up, “If you don’t move away, President Gu is going to seek a huge compensation sum from us, it’s going to be tens of millions from each family.”

Tang Mo’er lifted her head, smiling at the village head. “It’s okay, I’ll give you double the amount of money he seeks from you.”

After speaking, Tang Mo’er took little Gu Sihan with her and left.

Yan Dong, the higher-ups in charge of the redevelopment project, and also the village head were in a daze while Tang Mo’er walked away. She was simply… overbearing and had so much charisma.
