Lu Jinwen wanted to kiss the woman's red lips, but he suddenly stiffened in the next second.

He opened his deep almond-shaped eyes in the darkness. As he stared at the woman beneath him, his eyes were as deep as whirlpools, so dark that the bottom could not be seen. \”Xuanyin, it's you.\”

Lin Xuanyin froze.

Lu Jinwen turned on the lights. The bright light shone down.

Lin Xuanyin was wearing Lin Xuanji's red dress and lying on the bed. She looked at Lu Jinwen in disbelief. Lin Xuanji and she were twins and looked alike, but he could actually recognize her, even in the dark.

\”Jinwen, how did you… recognize me?\”

Lu Jinwen's handsome and chiseled face was malevolent. He spat out a few words in his low voice. \”You are not as fragrant, soft or smooth as her.\”

He had spent thousands of days and nights being intimate with her and the feeling had already been assimilated into his bones. Just one touch of Lin Xuanyin and he knew that it was not her.

A pair of twin sisters could look exactly the same, but Lin Xuanji's skin was tender and her body soft and smooth. Lin Xuanyin could never match up to her.

Lin Xuanyin's face was harshly pale. She felt humiliated.

\”Someone come!\” Lu Jinwen said.

\”Sir, what request do you have?\” Butler Ye was outside the door.

\”Where is Lin Xuanji?\”

Ten seconds later, Butler Ye said in a low voice. \”Sir, Madam Xuanji and Tang Chenyi are missing.\”

Missing?

Lin Xuanji had run away with Tang Chenyi!

Lu Jinwen gradually curved his thin lips, and his handsome face had become menacing and sinister. He looked down at Lin Xuanyin.

Lin Xuanyin trembled at his stare. She felt like she had been stared at by a demon.

\”No, Jinwen, I didn't know that Xuanji would run. She only said she would let us go to bed. She sent me to your bed. I did not plan this with her. She ran away on her own accord!\”

Lin Xuanyin realized at that point that she had been made use of. Lin Xuanji had concocted a plan and taken the opportunity to run away.

\”Ha.\” Lu Jinwen gave a low laugh and his laughter was sinister and terrifying. \”Since you like to pretend to be her so much, do you know what I will have to do? I can only make a mark on your face.\”

Lin Xuanyin gasped. What did he want to do?

She promptly covered her face. Her beautiful face could not be destroyed.

Why was it that her face had to be destroyed just because she looked alike Xuanji?

But the man pressed her down. He grasped her hands, and used her long fingernails to cut her own face.

She gave a shrill cry. She could feel her well-manicured nails cutting into her own skin and blood was trickling down.
