”I know, I will never allow him to get married to Jun Xiyan. I am the rightful Mrs Gu!” Tang Mo'er said.
Gu Mohan was standing outside and when he overheard their conversation, he raised a corner of his lips into a sardonic smile and sneered. He couldn't be bothered to continue listening to them and left without a backward glance.

Though Tang Mo'er sounded confident earlier on, she was suddenly like a deflated ball and slumped in her seat. She sighed, ”It's not going to be easy. Mr Gu lost his memories and he's a tough nut to crack. Moreover, he seems to be pretty pleased with Jun Xiyan, she has everything from a good family background, to a good educational background and exceptional capabilities. She's a tough competitor and I'm not confident that I can outperform her and snatch Mr Gu over.”
”Mo'er, if Jun Xiyan is really that formidable, why didn't Gu Mohan fall for her a few years back? This comes to show that the one Gu Mohan truly loves is you.”
Tang Mo'er had a sudden realization after hearing Lin Shiyu's words. That's right, she was the one Gu Mohan loved! She quickly sat up and looked at Lin Shiyu, arching an eyebrow. ”Shiyu, aren't you popular these days? Your songs have been on repeat no matter where I go, be it on campus, along the streets or even in the malls. I feel like the entire world is playing your single on repeat, does it feel good to be the queen of the music industry?”
Lin Shiyu's lips quirked up and she beamed with pleasure. ”It's my hobby to be a music producer and sing my own songs. It definitely feels good to be able to have the chance to do whatever I like everyday.”
”How are things going between you and Fu Qinglun, have you gotten a divorce yet?”
The mention of Fu Qinglun had Lin Shiyu shudder, that was because she hadn't met Fu Qinglun for an extended period of time.
She was busy with her career and Fu Qinglun, the man she used to have feelings for, had ceased to exist in her life.
”He hadn't signed on the divorce papers yet and so we're still going on trial.”
That means they weren't divorced yet. Lin Shiyu was still Mrs Fu.
”Shiyu, let's not talk about those upsetting events. Today is our rare opportunity to have fun and forget about everything, let's have a toast!”

Tang Mo'er and Lin Shiyu had a few shots of alcohol before they left the private room together.
Along the corridors, they met two familiar figures. It was Fu Qinglun and his secretary, Bei Chuan.
Lin Shiyu had caught sight of Fu Qinglun. He wore a navy blue overcoat with a white, v-neck knit sweater inside. He sported a casual look that enhanced his handsomeness as a young, handsome man. They hadn't met each other for some time and he had lost some weight, though it didn't affect his good looks.
Fu Qinglun slowly paused, since he had spotted Lin Shiyu too.
”Young Master Fu, what a coincidence, you're here to drink by yourself?” Tang Mo'er greeted him.
Fu Qinglun replied, ”No, I came together with Mohan.”

Gu Mohan was also at the bar?
”Where's Mr Gu then?”
”He just left,” Fu Qinglun answered.
Tang Mo'er rushed out immediately, wanting to chase after Gu Mohan.
After running out of the lobby, the cold wind was blowing right on Tang Mo'er's face. She lifted her eyes and spotted the Rolls-Royce Phantom about to drive off.
The backseat window wound down and Gu Mohan's exquisite face was seen.
Tang Mo'er spotted his side profile, he was exuding a cold aura.
”Mr Gu!” She hurriedly chased after the car.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom didn't stop, it only drove past her and sped away.

Tang Mo'er chased after the Rolls-Royce Phantom, she waved her hands around, wanting to attract Mr Gu's attention.
