Lu Yeming’s thin lips curved upwards. “You don’t have any way of contacting her? How is that possible? You’re wearing expensive clothes from top to toe, have so many expensive watches and even a Lantuo luxury car which all amount to a few hundred million dollars. Any girl with even a little bit of sight can tell that you’re no extraordinary man. How could they possibly not want to latch on to such a cash cow?”
Feng Sinan was the head of the Feng Family and was an elite in the world of business. He had a similar temperament to Gu Mohan and was talented and dignified. His handsome eyes were distant, the epitome of one who had achieved a certain standing in the world of business.
“This girl is pretty special. All the other girls flock to me but she only saw me as a driver. When I asked her for her contact details, this is what she gave me.”
Feng Sinan showed Lu Yeming the small business card. Lu Yeming glanced at it – Chat with a young, fresh university girl, for just 205 dollars an hour.
His thin lips curved into a faint smile. “There are two possibilities. One, she doesn’t fancy you. Or two, she’s playing hard to get. The first possibility is probably less likely. If it’s the second, your little heart has probably been played by this mystery girl.”
“Yeming, you really are used to being chased by women, aren’t you. Women are made from water and were born to be loved. Our identity, money, power and status are all for them to use and squander.”
Feng Sinan walked forward as he said that and saw the wound on Lu Yeming’s chest. “Also, I guess being played is still better than being stabbed. The Lu Yeming I know would’ve never let himself be stabbed by a woman, unless you were on her bed.”
At the mention of this, Lu Yeming frowned and his aura turned foreboding.
“You should rest. I’ll take my leave first.”
Lu Yeming turned and left.
Seeing his retreating figure, Feng Sinan laughed and said, “I guess you’re pretty interested in Miss Jun. I should take a good look at her when I’m free, to see what kind of charm she has to be able to stab you in bed.”
As Lu Yeming was leaving, he heard Feng Sinan add on, “Don’t forget to help me search this interesting girl up.”

Inside the study.
Lu Yeming’s long fingers held the fountain pen as he signed his name in large letters on the document.
A sharp pain pierced through his heart suddenly and he slowed.
A beautiful face suddenly floated into his mind and his deep eyes turned dangerous.
“Your Majesty.” At this moment, Fan Men knocked on the door and entered, reporting to him. “I’ve found the girl you were asking for.”
Without any expression on his face. Lu Yeming continued reading the documents. “You don’t have to report back to me. Just pass the details to Sinan.”
“Your Majesty…” Fan Men seemed to want to say something, but seemed hesitant at the same time.
Without even lifting his eyes, Lu Yeming said, “Speak.”
Fan Men could only steel himself. “Your Majesty, the girl that Young Master Feng was looking for is… Miss Jun.”
As soon as the words were out of his mouth. Lu Yeming’s hand holding the pen halted.
He lifted his eyes slowly and his dark gaze landed on Fan Men’s face. “What did you say?”
Fan Men placed the video footage from the security camera on the table. “Your Majesty, here. Miss Jun was the one who got into Young Master Feng’s car.”
Lu Yeming took a look at the video. At the entrance of the hospital. Jun Xiqing stood beside the Lantuo luxury car in a white chiffon dress and was talking to Feng Sinan. She then reached out to hand him a business card.
The person Feng Sinan was looking for was Jun Xiqing.
After a few seconds, Lu Yeming straightened his back and lifted his fingers to undo two buttons on his shirt before scoffing.
He had underestimated this woman!
Lu Yeming walked to the full-length windows and kicked a chair over. With a loud bang, the chair broke against the floor. The action only served to aggravate his wound and a red stain quickly spread across his red shirt.
“Your Majesty, your wound has split open!”
