Yue Wan's heart stirred in panic as his actions were meant for her. She lowered her head and her eyes rimmed slightly in red, revealing the most radiant smile.

Xiao Ran looked at Xiao Hua, who had his gaze at Yue Wan. She tugged at his arm and said, ”Brother, stop stealing my spotlight.”

”My bad, I have this disease called Handsome.” Xiao Hua curled the corners of his lips.

Clenching her teeth tightly, she didn't dare to say anything else.

After their grand entrance, the Xiao siblings sat down in their respective seats on the stage.

That did the trick and the hall went silent the next moment.

The students all nodded, about this point. It's a taboo in WAX for the term cheating.

”As per the WAX rules, the students who are chosen based on the student's grades from both their academic and traditional awards will have the right to enter the Xiao Group. I know that everyone tried their best for this opportunity and want to get it.”

WhileTeacher An was informing them, Advisor Yu distributed the result slips to the respected Classes Homeroom Teachers. As Teacher An was on stage, his student's results slip was kept by Advisor Yu.

They were sealed tightly in individual envelopes with only their name roll number on the top. This was done in consideration of the students.

Teacher An's clear voice ranged: ”Now our respected Chairman will announce the top scorer of the exam and the person who won this year's coveted award.”

Xiao Ran moved to the center and spoke: ”The winner of the WAX award with the highest score by beating the past record is ... Class-1 student, Yue Wan.”

Xiao Ran claimed that the award would be given by the Xiao Crop president.

Yue Wan constantly eased her mind, assuring her that nothing would happen and walked to the stage.
