What made her tongue tied was the fact that he was right. Out of the people she had trusted in the past, most of them ended up hurting her. Still, there were some who didn't hurt her, right? Like her sister, her mother, Lu Shaoting and him.
”I only did it for my daughter.” ”I'll do everything I can to save her in time” She suddenly said.
”Isn't she my daughter too and don't I want to save her? But that's exactly why I can't do something I'm not too certain about.”
”Where's the other pill? I want to take it too.”
”Somewhere you'll never find it.” was she dumb? If the Qians really had no connection with them, they could as well come up with something else to make Wan Jia trust them. How could she not consider this?
”Lu Aotian!” her tone was slightly raised.
”That will no longer be my name if I ever let you get it.”
Wan Jia didn't talk to him anymore and fell asleep. She would look for it. If she didn't find it, Doctor Qian wasn't dead.
This could be considered their first disagreement since they reunited. One was willing to take risks to save the one she loves, while the other wasn't willing to let the ones he loves take risks.

The next day, Lu Aotian left for work before Wan Jia woke up. Wan Jia had retreated from Elite Fashion World so she had all the time to complete her project, take designing lessons from her mentor, train her martial arts and play with Little Jia. Compared to when she was the top designer of Elite Fashion World, she had much less work to do.
When she woke up, Little Jia was cheerfully chatting away with her grandfather. Her baby voice filled the air as she talked about her experience in school and how much she loved it.
”Mommy!” she ran to Wan Jia when she saw her.
”Baby, did you miss me?”
”I missed mommy very much.” She had slept early the previous night and didn't get to see her mother. This morning, she asked to stay and wait for her so they could go home together.
Hugging her cute daughter, Wan Jia forgot all about Lu Aotian and his weird temper.
On another note, Su Ling had gone to the office. She was now working for Xiao Rong. Although she was still being taught a thing or two by her mentor, she was a mentor too. She wanted to groom Xiao Rong into the next top designer.
