12 Chapter 12: Meeting....part 1 (1/2)

Diana and I appeared at a small unknown island on the Caribbean seas. This island is hidden from the world. There are no records of this island existing. I found it while my clones were running around randomly and discovered who this island belonged to.

The whole island was just a giant forest but there were barely any animals around.

”Why are we in a place like this?” Diana asks while looking around.

”Be careful there are traps all around.” I brush off her question and use my Byakugan to look around.

”What's wrong with your eyes?” Diana asks as she notices my eyes changing colors from red to white and veins appearing near them.

”It's just one of my abilities. It allows me to see through things and all around me from a distance. There are traps laid all around. They are rigged with arrows, poisonous needles, pitfalls, and various other traps.”

”What kind of people lives in this place for them to be laying so many traps ?” She questions with a demanding face.

”Ah, I will tell you when we meet them.”

I don't answer her questions and started walking. She followed closely behind me unsatisfied with my answer. We walked through the forest to get to the middle of the island. As we were walking without triggering the traps, I noticed several people in ninja-like outfits following us from the trees. Diana noticed as well and she understood I didn't want to do anything. We kept on walking and along the way, I purposely triggered some of the traps and defended against them.

I wanted to see how they would react after seeing us unaffected by the traps. They didn't take any action for a long time but sure enough, when we got close enough to the center of the island they started shooting arrows at us. Diana deflected them with her bracelets while I caught them in air using super speed.

'Wha....that didn't affect them? We have to attack ourselves before they reach our base'(one of the ninja guys)

Two of the leaped towards us at full speed while pointing swords and daggers at us. Some of them stayed back while pointing arrows at us.

As the first attacker took a swing at me, I grabbed his swords and crushed it in my hand. Diana dodged the attacked pointed at her while punching the guy in the face sending him flying through the trees.

I grabbed the one that attacked me by his throat and slammed him into the ground. Seeing our strength the rest of the ones who were staying behind fired their arrows. I instantly vanish from my spot and appear behind one of them, kicking him into the ground. Diana jumps up to one of the trees with her shield on her hands slamming it into the one on that tree.

It didn't take long before all of them were taken care off. We continued on our path and finally reached the center. We paused to take at the place.

It's a century-old castle barricaded with walls at all sides. There are watch towers on each corner for surveillance. The entrance was a large gate with several guards being stationed there. It didn't look very appealing, just worn out. I looked through it with the Byakugan and there were several underground units with one of them having a green water pool.

”This is it?” Diana asks looking at the castle in front of us.

”Yes, there is someone I want to talk to in that castle.”

”You came here just for a talk?” She questions with a confused look.

”No, but let's see how it goes.” I don't say much and turn my attention toward the castle.

I surveyed the entire area in order to find the one person I wanted to talk to. He was sitting on a throne while observing a fight between a group of people. I could easily go to him using superspeed but I decided to go through the front door.
