I am going with the Naruto system for only one reason. SHADOW CLONES !!!

I can spam the shit out of it. My experience level would be multiplied with each clones if the Naruto World rules applies.

Then I got dropped from the sky and landed on a forest. I was told that I would have to fend for myself using the abilities I gain from the system. There are going to be monsters spawning based on my level and the higher my level is the stronger the monster is going to be. Aii I'm okay with that.

My Chakra Count right now is at 100 with 1 regen per minute. Pretty low but it will have to do for now. I can summon 9 clones at the moment distributing my chakra equally among them and me. I will create one every 10 minutes that way I can keep going even with the small amount of chakra. They are pretty sturdy since my race is Demi-God but their stats are half of mine and can't create their own clones at the moment. I will level up this skill to the max. I'm sure it has other applications other than just training if you know what I mean. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
