121 The Unknown Visitor 1 (1/2)

Ye Jing, Xiaofang, Gong Nanyan, Fan Yuqing and Feng Minyue had gathered in their usual meeting room to discuss their next course of action against the Devil Isle. The dark celestial clans that were led by the Devil Isle had already reached the Unmoving Mountains and they were just camping outside.

Beitang Ying was not around as she was not from Fan Yuqing inner circle of friends. Instead, the 'Devil Goddess' had sent her to scout on the more recent activities of the Devil Isle. This time round, Fan Yuqing had sent Yun Chen to go along with her in order to ensure her safety.

Fan Yuqing gave a soft frown as she looked at Gong Nanyan and Ye Jing, ”So where is Xuan Danfeng?”

Gong Nanyan had a small flush as she replied shyly, ”She isn't feeling too well. I will represent her and act on her behalf.”

There was disbelief in Fan Yuqing's eyes as she said with an amused smile, ”Will a golden celestial be sick? Moreover she is a great saintess now.”

Gong Nanyan could only smile weakly as she lowered her eyes while Ye Jing was giggling as she looked at Xiaofang…

Actually the whole lot of them knew what had happened as bad news spread fast. Xuan Danfeng had totally embarrassed herself in front of Xiaofang. When she had regained her wits the next day, she had realized that Xiaofang had seen all that could be seen. Therefore she was trying her best to avoid Xiaofang and everyone for the next couple of days…

Fan Yuqing laughed softly, ”Serve her right for drinking so much. She is lucky that Nanyan and Xiaofang are around that night if not, her embarrassment would be more than this.”

Gong Nanyan said softly, ”Can we go straight to the more important discussions? My protégé mistress is already feeling horrible about what happened.”

Xiaofang was flustered as he said, ”That's right…”

Fan Yuqing continued to laugh softly as a tear brimmed from her eyes, ”Xiaofang, you must have quite a feast with your eyes that night. Even I have to admit that Danfeng has an enviable body…”

Ye Jing was frowning, ”How come my immortal sword isn't as good as yours?”

After a short but heated debate, the patriarch clans have agreed to meet the challenge.”

Ye Jing asked, ”So there will most probably be a battle tomorrow? Why don't the patriarch clans wait for them here? After all, the defenses here are really so formidable.”

Feng Minyue smiled, ”Although it is advantageous to wait it out here but the advantage isn't so great when the dark celestials have the entire Unmoving Mountains surrounded. If we can wait it out here so can they. Moreover we have the advantages of numbers here. In an open fight, it is unlikely that we will lose.
