Chapter 159 - Chapter 159 - 159 Recording Merits (2/2)
“Little Chen!”
Zhou Shengtao suddenly arrived behind Chen Yu, “We found some extremely fuzzy footage in the surveillance, do you think you could restore these images?”
Chen Yu nodded his head, this sort of thing was child’s play for him.
Before long, Zhou Shengtao had brought Chen Yu to a tent nearby.
Every piece of equipment there was readily available, even capable of covering all surveillance and electronic devices within a radius of several kilometers.
On one of the computer screens, a very blurry segment was being played in rotation.
It appeared the surveillance had been damaged at the time, which is why the blurry images were retrieved.
As soon as Chen Yu arrived, the two workers next to him immediately stood up.
Having worked with Chen Yu on a previous case, they knew about his remarkable talent for drawing.
Zhou Shengtao also hurriedly handed over a drawing board.
Without hesitation, Chen Yu took a few glances at the footage and then began sketching rapidly on the paper.
It wasn’t long before two human silhouettes emerged on the page.
However, the surveillance footage was so vague it looked like nothing, leaving Chen Yu unable to capture some of the details.
He could only do his best to draw simple facial contours.
After Zhou Shengtao took a look, he immediately had his subordinates perform a facial comparison.
But after a good amount of effort, no results came forth.
Chen Yu felt somewhat helpless; with such blurry images, as long as one could find the approximate facial proportions, it was basically possible to restore the true face.
However, this segment of footage seemed to have been specially processed, with the facial proportions a complete mess.
Even some professionals would think it was just two blobs of walking mosaic.
“Team Zhou, based on the contour comparison, we have found twenty-three suspects; the range has been greatly narrowed down, but if we could be more precise…”
Before the worker could finish speaking, Zhou Shengtao interrupted him.
“To have achieved this much is already quite remarkable; even the world’s top forensic artists couldn’t do much better. Let’s find more evidence to confirm the suspects.”
Everyone immediately set about their tasks, and the autopsy personnel arrived at the scene at this moment.
Just then, Chen Yu suddenly saw a portrait flash across the computer screen.
“Wait a minute, can we pull up this person’s information?”
The worker at his side didn’t hesitate, immediately pulling up a massive amount of data.
After all, Chen Yu was there to help Zhou Shengtao, and was thus considered one of the team.
When the information had been pulled up, Chen Yu’s pupils suddenly dilated, and he pulled Zhou Shengtao over.
“Team Zhou, I’ve seen this person before; he seems to belong to a family in Europe. On the surface, his identity is that of a chef, but actually, it seems he is the leader of an assassin organization.”
Zhou Shengtao immediately keyed in a string of codes, and then a vast amount of information appeared on the screen.
His breathing also became rapid at this moment, “Immediately use this person as a breakthrough point, search for all the people and forces involved behind him.”
The people, as if injected with adrenaline, suddenly became excited.
Zhou Shengtao held onto Chen Yu’s shoulder tightly.
“Chen, if we can solve this case thanks to you, I’ll make sure you get the credit!”
