Chen Yu, who had already seen through everything, didn’t argue with them, instead, he took out an identity badge from the relevant department.
“You say you have orders from the relevant department to close my shop, but as an external staff member of the relevant department, how come I haven’t received such an order?”
All those present were wide-eyed; they could not have imagined that Chen Yu had such an identity.
The leader choked and instinctively leaned in to check Chen Yu’s badge.
His body trembled, and a flash of panic appeared on his face.
“How do I know if your badge isn’t fake? Besides, we have the full documentation.”
The man continued to be defiant, and then pulled out a weapon, ready to force Chen Yu into submission.
Just as he was about to make a move, Chen Yu suddenly struck, slapping his face so hard that he fell to the ground, with half his body distorted from Chen Yu’s blow.
The rest were just riffraff, and they were stunned by the scene; some turned and ran immediately.
Then, the piercing sound of a whistle broke the silence, and a dozen police cars gradually rolled in and surrounded the area.
Zhou Shengtao stepped out of the car steadily, fiddling with a pair of handcuffs in his hand.

The leader was scared out of his wits and immediately knelt on the ground.
“Officer Zhou, I swear this isn’t my fault. I was just paid by Boss Wu to make trouble for Mr. Chen and force him to transfer his shop.”
Zhou Sheng said nothing more and just motioned to the people behind him to arrest the riffraff, then walked up to Chen Yu.
“We’ve been hearing rumors for a while now. I didn’t expect Wu Zhonghe to be so bold as to actually make a move at this time.”
Chen Yu looked annoyed: “Wu Zhonghe? Who’s he?”
Zhou Shengtao pointed to several buildings in the vicinity: “He’s a local property developer; these buildings around us were all developed by him. The only thing is, this guy had some crooked ideas while developing real estate, and a lot of his money became dirty; a big portion of his assets has been seized, and right now he has no ability to run these buildings.”
