“Yes!” Chen Yu handed over his invitation.
The man took the invitation and checked it, then pulled out two purple-red jade tokens from his person.
“These are identity tokens for Dongming Gorge. After you park your car in the parking lot, someone will guide you inside. Remember not to wander off. For the next three days, you can only stay in the underground market. If you leave that area, someone will take your life.”
Chen Yu raised an eyebrow; he hadn’t expected there to be so many rules here.
Following the man’s directions, he parked the car in the parking area, and then a kind-looking middle-aged woman appeared nearby.
“Distinguished guests, welcome to Dongming Gorge. Please follow me.”
The woman led Chen Yu and Jin Lingsu onto a sightseeing vehicle, and after passing through a long tunnel, they arrived at a place resembling a market.
The layout here was similar to the Knights of the Round Table’s testing ground, both built underground.
But truly comparing the two, this place was much more humane than the Knights of the Round Table’s facility.
“I would like to remind you once again, please do not wander off during the next three days. You can find anything on this street!”

The people in the shop were very down-to-earth, serving up a basin of mutton to the two as soon as they arrived.
“This is your first time here, so consider this our complimentary treat. May I take your order for anything else?”
Having come all this way, Chen Yu was quite hungry, so he ordered a large variety from the menu.
“By the way, do you have any hotels or something like that here?”
The owner immediately pulled out a flyer from the side.
“There’s an inn at the end of this street, they should still have rooms available.”
Chen Yu nodded and didn’t say much more, tearing off a piece of mutton and stuffing it into his mouth.
“Who would’ve thought even such greenhorns would come here, not afraid they won’t make it back,” said a burly man who suddenly sat down next to Chen Yu, rudely tearing off a piece of mutton.
Chen Yu’s face showed his displeasure. “Friend, do we know each other?”
The man took out a blood-red jade token from his person.
“My name’s Lu Dashan, I’m an old-timer in Dongming Gorge. I’ve seen everyone who comes here, but many of them end up dying here. You two seem so soft and frail; I fear you won’t last long.”
With those words, laughter spread throughout the restaurant, with gazes full of teasing directed at Chen Yu and Jin Lingsu.
However, most of their eyes were focused on Jin Lingsu.
Such a stunning woman was the center of attention wherever she went, let alone a place like this.
Lu Dashan reached out his hand, attempting to grab Jin Lingsu’s cheek.
