Chapter 1277: Finally Willing to Come Back?

Su Chen glanced at Chi Xia and sat down beside her without doing anything. After that, Chi Xia couldn’t eat anymore.

Putting down the cake in her hand, Chi Xia was about to stand up and leave Su Chen, but the man beside her spoke.

“Where are you going?”

Ever since she entered the house, this was the first thing that this man had said to her.

It was neither salty nor light, but it carried a hint of warning, as if it was saying,”If you dare to get up, try it!”

However, Chi Xia refused to listen to him. He didn’t want her to get up, but she had to listen to him?

Then, Chi Xia stood up and was about to leave when someone grabbed her wrist and pulled her back to the sofa.

She turned her head to glare at the man beside her and stood up again, unconvinced. Then, she was pulled back again.

Su Chen looked at her coldly. ” Sit tight. Don’t go anywhere. ”

His overbearing tone made Chi Xia uncomfortable. She thought about it and said, “”I want to go to the bathroom!”

Su Chen raised his eyebrows and let go of her hand.

Chi Xia was freed and prepared to escape.

Since she said she wanted to go to the bathroom, she had to go. There was a bathroom in the room. Chi Xia took her bag and walked out of the room.

She finally left the room smoothly. She heaved a sigh of relief and walked towards the elevator.

However, just as she took two steps, a voice sounded behind her. ” Where are you going? ”

Chi Xia stopped in her tracks and turned around stiffly. She saw Su Chen standing at the door, looking at her.

The corners of her lips twitched. ” To the bathroom! ”

“The bathroom is in the other direction.” Su Chen kindly reminded.
