He had just stolen a phone from a young girl’s bag, and the girl still had another phone in her hand, which seemed to be either a backup or a work phone.

Thinking this, Su Xuan quickened his pace, and with his fellow officer, they pinned the criminal down.

The criminal looked bewildered. He initially thought someone had discovered his theft and was about to resist. However, when he turned his head and saw Su Xuan pulling out a pair of silver handcuffs from his waist, his mind went blank.

It was quite apparent that the other party had likely just seen them catching the thief and might have realized they were police officers.

Now he wanted to escape!
