Bai Jingshu thought An Xia had already fallen asleep.
He returned to the room, closed the door lightly, and walked in lightly, only to see An Xia playing with his mobile phone.
He raised his eyebrows, walked over, and snatched the phone directly.
"Aren't you sleepy? Still not asleep?"
"Eh!"
An Xia was reading a funny Weibo, when Bai Jingshu took her phone away unexpectedly, she turned over and sat up.
"Give me your phone, I'll read it first!"
She was sleepy at first, but because he didn't come back, she took his mobile phone and wandered around, looking at this and that, the more she looked, the more refreshed she became.
"Sleep." Bai Jingshu glanced at her, threw the phone aside casually, took off his clothes and lay down on it.
An Xia pouted, turned her back to him, and pulled the quilt over her head, looking very childish, without any lingering fear after being caught by the kidnappers.
Bai Jingshu stretched out his hand to pull her into his arms, and gently pressed his lips against her ear: "Turn around and see me."
"Sleeping, what to watch, it's not like I haven't seen it."
Bai Jingshu said again: "Then turn around and let me see you."
The voice was very gentle.
An Xia still turned around slowly, stretched out her arms to hug him, closed her eyes and began to feel sleepy.
Bai Jingshu reached out and pinned her hair that was scattered on her face behind her ears, then hugged her tightly and asked, "Are you afraid?"
An Xia's drowsiness came quickly, and her voice was a little blurred: "A little bit."
Bai Jingshu was silent, and kissed her from between the eyebrows: "It won't happen in the future."
There was silence in response to him.
Looking down, she realized that An Xia had fallen asleep.
He just stared at her like that for a long time before falling asleep with her.
...
An Xia slept until midnight.
She didn't know what time it was, the room was pitch black, and she touched her side, only to find that there was no one around.
"Bai Jingshu?" She sat up, turned on the bedside lamp, the dim yellow light came on, and her vision became clearer.
The tall figure moved from far to near, and when he was about to reach the bed, Bai Jingshu said, "Are you awake?"
An Xia was startled: "Why don't you turn on the light? What time is it?"
"It's almost one o'clock in the morning." Bai Jingshu sat down by the bed.
He has changed into home clothes, and he still has the scent of shower gel on him.
"Hungry, I'll go down and get you something to eat."
"No need, I'll go down and eat." An Xia lifted the quilt and was about to get out of bed, and couldn't help complaining: "It's not confinement."
Bai Jingshu hooked her lips and smiled meaningfully, but An Xia didn't notice it.
In the dead of night, the rest of the Bai family had already gone to bed, and the house was quiet.
The two touched the kitchen, and Aunt Liu left them a lot of food, all of which were big fish and meat.
An Xia laughed and said, "Aunt Liu is so kind."
"I'll heat it up, you go out and wait." Bai Jingshu picked up the dishes and put them in the microwave, and drove An Xia outside.
An Xia naturally went out obediently.
After dinner, it's almost two o'clock.
An Xia went upstairs contentedly, but when she returned to her room, she couldn't sleep.
Bai Jingshu turned off the light, and wrapped her in his arms: "Go to sleep, and go find Mu Chen and the others tomorrow."
"I can't sleep anymore." An Xia pulled the quilt, she was really not sleepy anymore.
