Chapter 645: Watch Where Youre Touching (2/2)

After half an hour, when Wen He had gone hoarse from crying and felt weak as a kitten, Huo Chen turned off the water from the showerhead.

“How do you feel?” He asked softly and with concern.

“Achoo!”

Wen He sneezed and felt a ringing in her head.

Her body temperature had fallen, but she still felt warm inside her, albeit not as severe as before.

She looked up blearily at Huo Chen, who still had his eyes shut, and then looked down at her naked body. Abruptly, she reached for him and put her arms around his neck.

“Do you want to freeze me to death? Don’t you know how to care for a lady?”

Huo Chen remembered seeing where the towel was when he came in. He reached for it and wrapped her up before he opened his eyes and carried her out of the bathroom.

“Watch where you’re touching.” He frowned when he saw her hand on his chest.

“Your shirt is wet.” He must have gotten wet from spraying her in the bathroom.

“I’m fine.”

Huo Chen put her down on the bed and brushed past her hand as he did.

She still felt burning hot.

He reached to touch Wen He’s forehead and found that she was feverish.

“Are you feeling better?” It seemed that the effects of the drug were not all gone yet.

“I want you…”

Wen He swore inside that she was feeling exactly that.

He asked for it, so he cannot blame her!

Huo Chen was surprised, but quickly recovered. He stepped away from the bed, away from dangerous territory, and then he took out his phone and called for a doctor.

When he was done, he turned back to see her getting out of bed. The towel wrapped around her was not fastened properly, so it promptly slid off her when she stood up and exposed every inch of her skin to him.
