Tian Long laughed at her reaction and asked. ”Are you not afraid?”

Lin Hui Yin frowned. ”Afraid? Of what?”

”The technique that I used. Most people would say that such a technique definitely belongs to the evil path. Are you not afraid that I might be an evil person?” smilingly, he asked.

Lin Hui Yin replied with a beautiful smile. ”From the short amount of time that I spent alongside you, I can tell that although you're not a saint, you're definitely not a bad person. And even if most people believe that the technique that you just used was of the devil or evil path, I don't believe so.”

Tian Long raised his brow after hearing this. ”Oh? Why is that?”

”I believe that things in this world aren't as what they seem to be. For example, there are people that might show to others that they are a righteous and benevolent person but deep inside, they're actually more of a scum than most of the devil path cultivators. Another example is a technique like the one you just used. If not used by anyone, how could it be considered as an evil technique when it hasn't hurt or killed anyone by itself. And how can it be an evil technique if it's in the hands of a kind and righteous person that wouldn't use it on innocent people.” Lin Hui Yin calmly and firmly.

She continued. ”Therefore, I believe that techniques such as the ones you used isn't an evil technique by itself, but would instead, depend on what kind of person was using it.”

Tian Long nodded his head as he heard her words. 'A woman with an insanely high innate talent and potential, with a unique disposition and temperament, along with her profound view on life. Even without my help, it's already set in stone that she's bound to become a major character of this world.'

He praised himself and his decision to invite Lin Hui Yin to become a part of the Eternal Glory Sect.

No one could hear what they were talking about since Tian Long had used his divine sense and heavenly energy to put up a soundproof barrier around them.

As they chatted, everyone on the floor also started their discussion. They took out their voice transmission crystals to spread what had taken place in the Lin Family Library.

They talked about how Lin JiaHao had arrogantly appeared and oppressively attacked with an intent to kill a random stranger over a small matter.

They also discussed how that random stranger was actually a monstrous genius that incapacitated Lin JiaHao effortlessly, and twice at that!

They didn't even need to exaggerate the battle, if it could even be considered as one, since there were no rooms to exaggerate because of how Tian Long had taken action.

On the other hand, Tian Long totally ignored the clamoring crowd since he had just heard a delightful news.

Tian Long was ecstatic that the system had finally finished gathering all the knowledge and information that the Lin Family Library contained.

He didn't hesitate at all to choose to transfer all the gathered knowledge into him.

Although Tian Long was delighted that the system has finished its information gathering, he couldn't help but feel worried when he heard the system's words.

He shook his head and thought to himself. 'I'm probably just being paranoid...'

After a few seconds, Tian Long and Lin Hui Yin left the library. They didn't even glance at the unconscious Lin JiaHao when they headed for the exit.
