Chapter 28 (1/2)

After Ning Fei had relieved himself, he realized that the comments had exploded in the webcast room.

‘Host, we all saw that.’

‘All of you are too much! Why can’t our dear host take a “stroll”?’

‘Hahaha! Our management officer Flower Cloud had to shut down the screen.’

‘Does that mean Goddess is the only one who saw everything?’

‘She was watching a “bird” alone?’

‘That’s not fair! We want to as well!’

Everyone bantered and joked cheerfully.

This was a secluded jungle, and Ning Fei would be adding “fertilizer” to the trees and plants and benefiting them by taking a leak.

As for everyone’s teasing, Ning Fei hadn’t minded.

Men had to be more magnanimous.

“Humans have to answer the call of nature. Please excuse me,” Ning Fei stated as he peered at the screen.

Viewers loved webcasters who could handle jokes. Only then would the atmosphere of the webcast be livelier and more casual. This would also result in an increase in Ning Fei’s viewers.

The night turned deeper, and along came gusts of chilly winds. While the days in summer were hot, the heat would slowly dissipate after the day was gone.

Ning Fei lay on the grass as he gazed at the night sky. He used his phone to show the viewers the starry night.

Millions of stars were scattered across the sky.

The camera in Ning Fei’s phone was of excellent quality, and everyone could see the stars clearly.

The city dwellers had long forgotten to raise their heads to gaze at the stars.

“In the West, they derived the zodiac signs from the stars. In China, we use the 28 constellations of Chinese astronomy and astrology. Ancient astronomers had observed the days, months, and motion of the planets before they created the 28 constellations. They also observed the positions of the five visible planets. The 28 constellations were divided into Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Black Tortoise, and Vermilion Bird. Every constellation consisted of seven members. In Taoist belief, this is called the four divinities in four directions. Everyone, look over there. The first member of the Vermilion Bird is Jing Wood, the second is Ghost Golden Sheep and the third is the Willow Deer…”

Ning Fei pointed to the sky as he explained to the viewers.

At Ning Fei’s explanation, the viewers were speechless with astonishment.

‘Host, you’re so talented!’

‘Incredible! I assumed that this webcaster could threaten me with his looks. But it looks as if he can compete with me in terms of talent.’

‘The one in front, stay right there. I’ve a pot of good stuff that I’ve been simmering for three hours. I want to cross swords with you!’

‘I don’t understand, but it seems like this host is awesome.’

‘As an astronomy enthusiast, the webcaster is entirely correct. But this is the first time I’ve witnessed and listened to something so clearly.’

‘Thank you, Host!’

Ning Fei’s fans typed furiously away and sent him praise.

There were also several notifications.

‘Arrogant Master sent a rocket.’

‘Reed Communist sent a rocket.’

‘Energetic Lass sent a rocket.’

Three major fans sent Ning Fei rewards.

Ning Fei was grateful as he spoke to the screen, “Thank you, Arrogant Master, Reed Communist, and Energetic Lass, the generous bosses for sending the rockets. Thank you.”

Ning Fei was very sincere towards his viewers.

These people were all rich bosses.

Ning Fei was also feeding Little Falcon. Little Falcon was nestled in a pocket on Ning Fei’s shoulder and seemed fine despite the jolts and bumps.

It looked excited and lively as it chirped continuously while swiveling its head.

Ning Fei entered his tent when darkness had enveloped the surroundings.

The tent was compact and sturdy.

“Dear viewers, this tent is solid and sturdy, and wild animals shouldn’t be able to spot this tent. Even if they do, they wouldn’t attack for no reason. We will be safe here.”

Ning Fei chatted with the viewers as he looked at the screen.

After a while, when Ning Fei was about to end the livestream and retire for the night…

‘Host, don’t do that! Let us watch the livestream!’
