They also share so to be a bit different Thepersonalities of the two Erens is their natural alignment Neutral evil vs anti-hero who has some self-imposed boundaries

As such I'm not sure how many readers of VEH would like the new book or the new Eren in it I suggest we read the first 50 chapters to get a proper feel
