Although his allies were doing well, Xu Hang was not entirely happy.

After all, many other people had died in the Beast Tide.

The magical beasts that attacked Zhao Qing Er and Yang Mingyue’s territory came from the south.

‘Same magical beasts but they came from opposite directions.

‘Could it be that they had surrounded the area?

‘That’s impossible!’

Although he could not explain it, Xu Hang was still confident that the beasts came from the north.

Before Xu Hang could proceed any further, he needed more information.

Lan Jiu was resting on top of a towering tree.

Xu Hang spotted her and said, “Lan Jiu, can you come?”

The Elven Queen slowly flew down.

“Xu Hang, is there something wrong?”

“I want to know how you were attacked.”

“The elves had lived for a long time in this world, but we had not been attacked before.”

“As usual, we were just minding our own business in the cave. All of a sudden, magical beasts ran in.”

Xu Hang pondered for a moment.

“Did you use the same trick you used on me against them?”

“Of course. We even fired the magic cannon. However, these magical beasts do not seem to possess any rationality. They were not afraid of pain. Their legs were broken and their bodies were injured, but they continued to attack.”
