Chapter 60: Eating Vinegar (Getting Jealous) (2/2)

Seeing that he was no longer responding, Qin Sibo wanted to resort to violence. On the other hand, Luo Xing showed a strained smile and was forced to admit that he had mischievous goals for Fang Tongtong as he realized the actual reality.

He quietly went back to his seat in the middle and fished out his English exam papers again, dejectedly answering them.

Seeing that he had beaten his rival in love with simply a few threatening words, Qin Sibo felt extremely proud of himself.

He then returned to his place and continued to edit his paper.

Inadvertently, the time had reached 10:30 PM.

At this time, the school had already been locked up long ago. Qin Sibo was finally done fixing his document, so he stretched his tired body to relax and then put his laptop into his bag, preparing to leave the study room.

“Hey, why are you still here?”

Seeing that Luo Xing had also stayed behind in the study room, Qin Sibo’s expression grew more dangerous. Did this little punk’s evil intentions towards Fang Tongtong not dead yet?

“Senior, you’re leaving? I’ll leave with you.”

Luo Xing pretended to not hear Qin Sibo’s words, basically not entertaining him at all.

A jealous man was absolutely terrifying. There was simply no way to explain oneself. Although Luo Xing has never been in love, he has never eaten pork and has only seen pigs run(2). Furthermore, he had just finished reading how scary a raging man could get.

For the sake of his safety, Luo Xing didn’t close the lights and just prepared to leave the study room straight.

Seeing this, Qin Sibo knocked on the door and impatiently said, “Freshman, the lights! Close the lights!”

“My bad, I forgot.” Luo Xing felt a little stifled when he was left behind to close the lights.

Qin Sibo, as a love rival, was very difficult to deal with, but Luo Xing never expected him to be a decent person.

Among the numerous stories he had read, closing the lights was the easiest way to meet the hidden ghost.

However, Qin Sibo had already reminded him. He better not ignore him and not turn off the lights.

Qin Sibo originally saw Luo Xing as an eyesore. If he didn’t close the lights, Qin Sibo would have assumed that he was deliberately picking a fight, where he’ll just reasonably beat him up.

Qin Sibo was older than him by a lot of years and had also grown stronger in college, so he had no chance of beating him.

Luo Xing turned his head and closed the lights, being on edge until he walked out that door.

The husband in his practice papers built a wall to trap the lover. He was a tiny bit afraid that Qin Sibo was still jealous and was someone who became violent when eating vinegar.

Fortunately, he saved the belly of a gentleman with a villain’s heart(3). Qin Sibo was jealous, but he couldn’t do such a despicable and shameless thing.

After switching the lights off, Qin Sibo silently locked the door. He still didn’t see Luo Xing in a good light.

On the other hand, Luo Xing was completely unconcerned if Qin Sibo was beating him up in his heart and just walked behind him without uttering a single word, the two people strolling along and preserving quietness.

Unlike the relaxedness he felt inside the classroom, this time, all of Luo Xing’s senses were hyperactive, his body paying attention to every single detail in his surroundings.

After walking outside the study room, the ghost story could start at any given time. Maybe it was right around the corner and could make a ghoul unexpectedly jump out, which would lead him to get a mortal wound.

Luo Xing kept silent as he closely followed Qin Sibo in the deserted corridor, only their footsteps echoed along the halls. The motion-sensing lights reacted on top of them as they illuminated their path.

With light being there, Luo Xing’s heart did not particularly fall into panic.

However, from time to time, he gazed at both his sides, being on alert from every door they passed through.

The pitch-black classrooms were usually a hiding place for filthy objects. Once, he was almost caught by the game before, so he was subconsciously paying attention to these seemingly insignificant details.

Soon, the two people passed through the soulless corridor, and ahead of them was the third floor’s stairs.

At the entrance of the stairs, there was a girl with braided pigtails that had her back turned on them. Her nose was deeply buried in the graduate studies exam book as she crouched down on the door as if she was engrossed in her weeping.

With the girl that he liked seemed to be crying, Qin Sibo’s heart immediately became anxious.

He suddenly took a step forward, wanting to comfort her and ask her what was wrong.

However, before he could walk over, Luo Xing pulled him and said with a soft voice, “Senior, don’t go. There seems to be something wrong with her.”

“F*ck! My woman is crying. What’s your business here?”

Qin Sibo’s rage quickly grew then shaking off Luo Xing, walking over to Fan Tongtong’s side with large strides.

Fang Tongtong was crouched down, her head buried inside the book. Qin Sibo walked to her side and bent his waist, asking in a gentle tone, “Tongtong, what happened? What’s the matter?”

Fang Tongtong didn’t reply, but Qin Sibo still patiently asked her one more time.

This time, Fang Tongtong finally and slowly turned her head——

Her pigtails were flung to her back, exposing a fresh and pure face. Unfortunately, a dark red zipper replaced her lips, and the eerie zipper appeared to still be dripping with black-red blood.

“Th-This…”

Qin Sibo recoiled back from the shock and looked backward to ask for help, making Luo Xing shake his head violently.

Seeing Qin Sibo win himself an unclear reality, Luo Xing coldly said, “Senior, have you heard of ghosts?”
