Hearing the man response Lei Xinyi shook her head lightly. Money wasn't an issue for the Li's. People would even be begging to invest in Li's sinking boats.

Li Yaun pointed his finger to another man to continue shutting the first one halfway.

”Sir the Island is filled with wilderness and has an unstable environment so…”

Wrong. The Island was filled with wilderness and unstable weather but at most it will slow down the construction process but will be attractive to the tourists.

Li Yuan uninterestingly pointed to the person beside the speaker and the next one was Lei Xinyi because Assistant Yan seat was empty.

The man stood up to answer like all the others, ”Si..Sir, the fewer distance between land and the Island will make it farfetched or due to being in different waters and harsh weather conditions it will not be prior attraction for families…”

Lei Xinyi eye twitched. Because of its distance it will be ideal and thrilling, something along the line a dream destination.

Li Yaun brought his finger on Lei Xinyi and looked at her first time for the whole meeting. His eyes piercing her .Lei Xinyi could feel the pressure in her bones but ignored it and turned to the crowd.

”The Fang Island had the potential to be on the first page of every travel diary but the only problem is that we are targeting the wrong audience.” then turned to look at Li Yaun.

The whole crowd could tell it was an Alpha woman speaking, her posture and tone demanded attention. Li Yuan smirked a little seeing that.

Li Yuan raised his brows and leaned back on his chair, ”Let's hear about it.”

Giving out her best of fake smiles Lei Xinyi began, ”The environment and travel distance never faze the thrill seekers. Quite frankly The Fang Island is not for families or people looking for a sun bath, if they did seek that, they would be on a beach in Australia…”

Li Yaun cut her in between, ”Get to your point Ms. Lu.”

Narrowing her eyes subtly Lei Xinyi turned away from him, to the audience, ”The Fang Island has a harsh weather, vindictive wilderness, perilous cliffs, soft water bodies and forests surrounded by sea water so it's definitely not a place a Family would like to go on vacations.”

Taking a pause Lei Xinyi continued, ”But the thrill seeking mass is another story. Instead of a domestic and tedious resort we can make it into heaven for dare devils, where we offer all kind of thrilling sports but with perfect security measure, of course. It will be attractive because everybody need a little thrill in their life.”

Lei Xinyi looked at Li Yuan after she said her piece unknowingly as if searching for approval.

Li Yuan leaned forward in interest with a rather satisfied smile, ”You have my attention, elaborate further.”

Nodding her head she continued, ”The Island can't be freed from wild animals and terminating them in the process will be objectionable so we can arrange hunting with trainers accompanying people. We can arrange sky diving, mountain boarding, scuba diving, racings and sports as such in the observation of trainees, all in perfect environment and for them to stay, a resort because if we are simply going to make it a resort on a secluded island, it will be just that, a resort. And the Fang Island deserves more than that.”

At the end of her speech the whole ringed with formal clapping.
