Li Yuan was flooded with rage. It was like the girl was testing the last of his patience. Li Yuan pursed his lips and fisted his palm to not do anything rash.

He knew better than anybody that she was capable of drugging him. The woman radiated her emotion in waves and anybody could tell that she was only attracted to him physically and wasn't really fond of him.

What was she really trying to do? Drug him so he would make a joke out of him in front of his employs? Or perform experiment on him like she did on that man?

She not only tried to drug in broad daylight in front of his staff but even made a cuckold out of him when he had been nothing but sincere to her since she landed in his life!

Only she was the one who came in contact with the coffee so she was the only suspect. He couldn't blame anybody even if he wished he could.

Nobody had ever toyed with him like that. She did play trick with him in private but because they were in private he let that pass but trying to disgrace him in front of his inferiors….. This is something he will make sure she regrets.

As Lei Xinyi took a step forward, she looked at Li Yuan and shook her head furiously and muttered, ”I didn't. I didn't do any of this.”

Looking at her acting all innocent again Li Yuan felt the last shred of his sanity slip. If she would confess he could have been lenient with her.

Leaning forward Li Yuan caught Lei Xinyi elbow and pulled her forward so that they were out of earshot and could not be heard by anybody.

Once Lei Xinyi was bending close to him, Li Yuan whispered in a calm threatening voice in her ear, ”Woman, tell me. Have I been too lenient with you?”

Lei Xinyi gulped and shook her head, with a calm face but her eyes showed the fear that was creeping in her, ”I said I didn't. If I did I would never be in denial.”

Her heart was drumming against her chest. She really took this Jiang Qinqin too lightly. She was cleverer than she thought and this man would rip her into pieces for all these without a second thought.

With a calm smile Li Yuan pulled her further down by her elbow and said, ”Prove it.” Then gave a peck on her cheek and added, ”But… if you can't prove it, I will make you regret ever crossing my path.”

Looking at the intimate gesture the whole conference room was stunned in silence. They didn't expect the green tea bitch would be slutty enough to sink her talons in their CEO too.

Jiang Qinqin sobbing got louder and HOD of the planning department, Yun Qianqian tried to sooth her by tenderly patting her back and intensely glaring at Lei Xinyi.

Saying that he let her go, Lei Xinyi immediately stood up straight and bit her lip and surveyed her surrounding in a thoughtful manner.
