Shen Chen only shifted in her seat uncomfortably in Li Yuan's cold gaze while Madam Li saw the clear displeasure warning in his gaze to not try anything.

Madam Li suddenly eyed Shen Chen who was sitting across her on the other seat by the Head of the table, where she had asked her to sit to see her son reaction.

But it looks like it was not a good day to play…

Li Yuan then went forward and sat on the Head of the table still holding Lei Xinyi hand and said in low magnetic voice looking at the front, ”Leave before I throw you out of my house.”

Shen Chen was shocked to say the least and jumped out of the seat immediately. She didn't know what happened to the sweet carefree man from a while ago.

As Shen Chen stood up Li Yuan guided Lei Xinyi on the chair next to him without looking at her.

”I…I didn't mean to…” Shen Chen stammered to for an excuse.

”You meant it or not, I clearly meant it. Get out of my sight.” Li Yuan said in a clam and threatening voice.

Shen Chen frantically looked in the direction of Madam Li scared of Li Yuan's order. It would make her a joke and her career would be destroyed if it was known that she was dragged out of the Li Mansion.

Looking at her scared expressions Madam Li glanced at her son and said sweetly, ”Li Yuan don't scare the girl. I told her to sit there, I thought maybe you guys weren't coming so I asked her to sit closer.”

Li Yuan glanced away from the girl, ”Try to minimize your presence.” He said in his cold voice.

Shen Chen taking the chance immediately sat next to Madam Li and Madam Shen. She pursed her lips and thought everything that had happened.

She had made enormous efforts in suppressing or humiliating Lu Xinyi in every chance she could do.

Today she fueled Madam Li deliberately to bring Lu Xinyi to rage and finally be out of her way in the path to be the next Mrs. Li.

Everything was going her way, no matter what Lu Xinyi would say, it was a given Madam Li would humiliate and dismiss her today at any cost because she personally hated her.

But then CEO Li came out of nowhere and made her the Cinderella. Shen Chen glared at Lei Xinyi with utter hatred.

'The Bitch must have seduced him…..'

It was supposed to be her whose plate he should be filling, It should have been her who should be sitting on that chair beside him. He should have been looking at her in the dotting way he was looking at that b*tch.

The b*tch ruined it, she ruined all her dreams, she utterly destroyed her image in front of the man she loved more than anything.

At the same time Lei Xinyi glanced at her and smiled at her in a provoking way, holding Li Yuan hand with chopsticks that he was going to put in his mouth and brought it to her mouth while Li Yuan looked at her with smiling eyes.

It broke the last string of reasoning in her and she knew what she had to do.

If she can't have him any other man would pale in his comparison but since she can't have him anymore, Lu Xinyi will not have him too.
