Giving out a heavy sigh she spoke, ”Look I meant no harm, I…I was scared. I thought maybe you…”

The man shook his head, ”It's Okay! I understand, it's the situation and it doesn't hurt that much anyway.” It was evident through the way the man spoke that he was gritting his teeth due to pain.

'Men's ego!' Lei Xinyi inwardly rolled her eyes.

Taking a deep calming breath Lei Xinyi asked with masked rage, ”What is happening here?”

”You don't know?! Of course, you don't!” Then abruptly fishing out his phone he showed her an article posted on the company forum with pictures of her. The first one was of her hugging a man ambiguously from the angle her face could be seen clearly but not of the man.

The others were similar too. The photos could not be real they must be photo-shopped but they looked too real. 'After millionaires, what's next?' What an interesting headline, Lei Xinyi felt like smashing someone's face.

Inside the article were details how she came in the office to seduce a wealthy bachelor to suck. Also how the CEO threw her out of his office yesterday when she tried to seduce him.

Looking up at the man Lei Xinyi raised her eyebrow and asked sarcastically, ”So is this your way of making me your sugar baby?”

”What?! No! I don't believe any of this…” He said exasperatedly yet again.

Lie Xinyi gave him a longing look then asked gravely, ”Why would you not?”

”Because I think you are a good person. You wouldn't do anything like that and…. I have a way with tech and know that the photos are shopped.”

Lei Xinyi looked at the ground then gave out a bitter smile. Of course! He believed because he saw the proof. Nobody would ever believe her for what they see in her. She would never have anyone's trust.

But wasn't everything in that article true about her, maybe not about true about the real Lu Xinyi. But every word in the article hit home. Wasn't she a gold digger? Wasn't she a mean greedy bitch? She was everything vile the article said and more.

And now..... Now an imposter too.

He thinks I wouldn't do anything like that?! Well... I had done worse.

Letting the bitter smile slip she looked up and said acutely, ”You should go back to your work, I will see into it.”

”...Hmmm, If you need any kind of help let me know.”

Giving out her best attempt at smiling, she said, ”I will…”

As Wen Junhui left a sadistic smile formed on her face as the aura around her changed. 'I really didn't want to cause anyone trouble but it looks like someone wants to be troubled..... Well I surely will bitch well with them then.'
