Andrew watched calmly as the Cyclops accumulated his innate magic. He sneered inwardly.

‘Do you think I will allow you to outline runes?’

The time needed for the magical beast’s innate magic to be cast was extremely short, but Andrew’s spell casting is faster! In a flash, he unleashed a dozen blazing sun fireballs that quickly rushed towards the Cyclops’ eye and caused a huge explosion.

The blazing sun fireballs were extremely high-level spells in the intermediate mage realm. The Cyclops even gave up his protection to cast the spell. With one careless move, his eyeball was severely injured! Much of the crystalline eye’s structure was charred black, exploding into pieces and hurtling through the air. The magical beast also held its forehead and wailed in pain.

Even so, the Cyclops still did not change its ferocious nature. He rushed towards Andrew as if he wanted to tear this little bug that had hurt him into pieces! However, for Andrew, the second or two it took for the Cyclops to cover his eye and howl in pain was enough for him to unleash his next spell.

‘Flame release, high-energy shaped fireball, red lotus fire.’

Andrew unleashed three more intermediate spells and they flew quickly towards the Cyclops. The Cyclops had managed to survive, and had even gone berserk! Even though his body was badly scorched by the flames and smelled burnt, the Cyclops was still managing to charge viciously at Andrew. However, what he was facing was an extremely tough whip made of flames!

The whip of flames was a spell that even Andrew felt was of little value. An ordinary mage using this spell when they were unable to multitask was purely to cause trouble for themselves. However, Andrew had the blessing of hundredfold talent, so it could be of some use under special circumstances. At this moment, the Cyclops’ old strength was gone, and his new strength had yet to be born. Andrew easily whipped the monster that was a head taller than him to the ground!

‘So that’s it.’

Andrew laughed coldly. As he gathered his fire magic, he wildly swung the whip in his hand. At first, the Cyclops was still howling crazily as he charged forward. However, after taking a few rounds of blows, he was only covered in wounds, his skin and flesh split open, and his white bones were exposed. After a short stalemate, Andrew was still as calm as ever. However, this monster revealed a somewhat terrified wail, and its movements became hesitant.

When the mages at the side saw this scene, they were all dumbfounded.

“This is too exaggerated!”

Lanza gulped. Previously, when he fought with Nolan, he knew that Andrew was a powerhouse among advanced mages. Although the Cyclops was judged as an intermediate magical beast, it was so physically fit that some ordinary advanced mages would rather pay the price to get rid of it than fight it. However, this powerful Fellow was able to suppress the Cyclops easily. Moreover, he was using the less powerful and rarely used whip of flame!

“It doesn’t even count as his full strength.”

“With Mr. Smith’s strength, I’m afraid that in the few nearby cities, no mage can be considered his match.”

“That’s right. I feel that even if I were to become an advanced mage one day, I probably wouldn’t be able to defeat him! Such strength is too exaggerated!”

Lanza’s face was filled with shock as he struggled to speak.

“No matter what, our crisis this time has been temporarily resolved.”

“Although the beast tide is gathering, our group can bring this information back to the city. We’ll have some time to prepare.”

The group of mages discussed, preparing to wait for Andrew’s return. Although many parts of the Cyclops could be used to create various magical equipment, they did not feel that Fellow Andrew could kill it. This was because the skin of this magical beast was very thick, and it was impossible to stop it if it wanted to escape.

The situation was indeed like this. After Cyclops was beaten to tears by Andrew, he had the intention of running away. Magical beasts also had a certain level of intelligence. They would not risk their lives when they knew that they had no chance of winning. The Cyclops roared angrily as a mass of lightning energy surfaced from his body.
