Zhou Wenhao said the last sentence, then pressed the phone, took a deep breath, slowly leaned his back against the chair, raised his head and stared at the ceiling for a while. His still young cheek revealed deep fatigue and anxiety.

”I've passed.” the voice fell. Qiao Xue opened the door and went out.

A few seconds later, the door opened, and Li Qing, dressed in a black evening dress, appeared at the door with a slightly embarrassed smile: ”Sheriff Qiao, since it's a private banquet, is the clothes you prepared for us too formal?”

”Director Zhou doesn't know whether we pay attention to him or not.” Li Qing said with a touch of mockery, ”it's clear that he wants us to pay enough attention to him.”

Qiao Xue turned her head, glanced at Li Qing, pursed her mouth, and didn't speak.

The whole villa is empty. Li Qing has never seen a fourth figure except his three people all the way. After staying upstairs, he walked out of a spacious restaurant. The candles on the table were burning quietly, and the atmosphere was quite good with ethereal music.

Qiao Xue made a gesture of invitation at the door: ”please wait a moment, two. Director Zhou will arrive in ten minutes.”

Li Qing and Lin Qiuqiu sit down safely. Qiao Xue rings the bell, and a servant rushes out and begins to place knives, forks and pre dinner fruits. The plates are exquisite, just like handicrafts.

”Our director Zhou is from the north and prefers to eat northern food. But considering the high style of Mr. Li and Miss Lin, we must prefer western food, so we specially invited the chef to give you a dinner.”

”OK, then wait.” Li Qing leaned back comfortably in his chair, narrowed his eyes and looked at the time, ”ten minutes, right?”

Lin Qiuqiu covered her mouth and smiled.
