Chapter 827 - Recruiting Chu Fan (1/2)

Even Chu Fan did not rebut Qin Feng’s command.

Of course, Chu Fan was easily identifiable with his accompanying colourful parrot that was about three meters in size, and Qin Feng was able to locate the extremely intelligent child at one glance.

Chu Fan was also looking at Qin Feng.

Qin Feng signalled with a hand gesture. Chu Fan noticed that and he slinked through the crowd, walking toward Qin Feng’s direction.

The Floating City was filled with buildings, but all of the survivors were not allowed to enter . They could only stand at the central square. Only after their return to Fengli City, would they be sent to their new colony, and only those who were allowed to would stay.

Standing among the buildings within the Floating City, Qin Feng looked at Chu Fan who looked like a young adult and asked, “What is your plan now, do you still want to return to the Fettering Land?”

“Why would I go back? The Devourer is already dead, I am now alone, even if I am able to grow, there is no way for me to go against Z!”

Chu Fan was being frank, while Qin Feng also had his own plans.

“Indeed, just you alone would not be enough to resist against Z. However, you have lost the Devourer, which is equivalent to your support, and what we agreed upon is now void. Now that I consider myself as your saviour, why not follow me and work for me?”

Chu Fan closed his eyes, since he was trapped by the corporation under Z, he was already awfully disgusted by the governance of such leaders from the top. However, a wise person would often adapt to the situation, despite his outstanding intelligence, Chu Fan was also completely amazed by Qin Feng.

Qin Feng was already so powerful, and from Chu Fan’s understanding, Z was most probably even more powerful. Hence, even if the Devourer were to transform into a beast deity, he still might not be able to go against Z by himself!

With that in mind, Chu Fan had a plan for himself.

“General Qin, were you the one who supplied the flesh of the Leviathan to Z? Handover the remaining to me, and I will agree to your offer!” Chu Fan proposed.

Qin Feng was surprised as he looked at Chu Fan. “Are you still planning to cultivate the Devourer?”

The Devourer’s appearance and shape were slightly similar to the Leviathan, and one could easily imagine the originating owner of its cells.

“Of course, I need to admit, perhaps I will not be able to cultivate an S-tier beast deity devourer, but isn’t it better to cultivate several more A-tiers? At least, I would need to have some backup plans.”

“I agree!” Qin Feng agreed, and the deal was now completed.

Although all of those were just verbal agreements, there was nothing else better to constrain the world’s aptitude users.

“Later, you will join the Fengli Organization’s laboratory, and you will be allowed to monitor Z’s laboratory progress and developments at any time. I do hope that you will provide me with a clear direction and proposal!” Qin Feng answered.

Of course, the laboratory was not set up at Fenghuang colony, but at the underground of Fengli City, and the scale was much bigger.

The Fenghuang colony was dedicated to tackle the Fettering Land, and at the same time, it was also a disguise to control Z’s movements.

Fengli City’s laboratory definitely had the same facilities as the Fenghuang colony’s, and even many more that the colony might not have!

Chu Fan nodded in agreement, but still had concerns in mind.

“When I came out, I was seen by many, if people from the Z Organization were to find me, what should I do?” Chu Fan asked.

For all those years that he had been in the Z Organization, he had held quite a significant position. Of course, it was not too high up.

Qin Feng answered, “How many times have you met Z, do you know him well?”

Chu Fan was shocked and puzzled as he looked at Qin Feng, not knowing why he would ask such a question.

“I have only met him thrice, he was constantly performing experiments so I know nothing much about him!”
