Throughout his tireless effort of securing the safety of his own homeland, Xu Qing was unwilling to witness scenes like this where children were losing homes and apathetic adults were consumed by their own greed. It seemed like the entire city had sunk into a dead and perishing atmosphere.
Of course, Xu Qing did not blame Qin Feng for his actions, he was right to leave that place earlier as they were running out of time.

The teenager said as they had finally arrived at a place with ordinary looking residential buildings. It was an area filled with villas and surrounded by energy embedded railings, a bunch of armed gunners were guarding the area and the poor were afraid of getting close to the area.
Qin Feng got down from the aircraft, stored his craft back into the spatial ring as he took a glance at the soldiers.
They were armed with outdated firearms and worn-out combat fatigues; it was a pitiful scene to look at.
The teenager went ahead and communicated in his language. With full respect, he then led Qin Feng to a villa.
It was a crowded villa, filled with the smell of refreshing alcohol and delicious food.
The teenager led Qin Feng and Xu Qing to a fat-bellied aptitude user who was still in a merry conversation with another person. The conversation ended as soon as Qin Feng came into sight.
“Governor, both of them are the emissaries from the Huaxia Alliance! Master Xu Qing, Master Qin Feng!” The teenager called out their names and turned toward Qin Feng. “This is the governor of our Greenlit City, Governor Neil Bol!”
“Hi, pleasure to meet you! General Xu Qing, I have long heard about you, when I was informed that you would be here, I was very happy!” Neil Bol extended the warm welcome with a handshake to Xu Qing!
“Nice to meet you!” Xu Qing accepted the handshake with respect.
“So, you are the young talent General Qin Feng? From now on, I will have to witness your great deeds!”
“I will certainly not disappoint you!”
Both of them shook hands.
“Please accept my appreciation, feel free to enjoy yourselves, and be reminded that those thugs might be here anytime!” Neil Bol cracked a joke.
Qin Feng was not humored at all, he only responded with a nod to indicate that he was listening. In actual fact, he had already given the place and people a good sweep.
There were thirteen other B-tiers present, all dressed differently and equipped with badges of all sorts. However, it was obvious that representatives from all five alliances had already arrived, and three among them were from the Amazon Alliance.
Even if the remaining representatives were unavailable to be present at that time, as the major five alliances had already contributed ten headcounts in total, the Amazon Alliance would have to at least contribute a matching ten headcounts from their end too.
Or else, the major five alliances might misunderstand themselves as pawn sacrifices for the Amazon Alliance, it would then inject disparity to the situation.
Meanwhile, a short and small man walked over, reeking of alcohol. He seemed to have heard Neil Bol’s statement and immediately reacted loudly, “Keke, who would care about those from the Dark Coalition? Please be assured, Governor Neil Bol, I will be wiping the floor with them, and I’ll show them the power of the ancient warrior sword style from the Japanese Alliance!”
It was definitely an arrogant and conceited person.
All of a sudden, machinery rumblings echoed and were heard from afar.
The same chase was occuring twice in a day, not only Qin Feng who had experienced rebirth, even Xu Qing was able to identify the familiar noise.
Combat hovercopters!
Furthermore, the combat hovercopters were travelling at extremely high speed!

Propellers were heard buzzing while Qin Feng was alerted by alarms that were instantly triggered.
In Greenlit City, countless children and adults instantly hid themselves in the air-raid shelters, and some of those spots were merely underground waterways.
