Chapter 229: Departure (1/2)

Looking at the word searching for herbs, Lin Xiao was speechless. It seemed that Wenren Yu would only rely on his specialization of searching for herbs when he took mission. Sui Wenyan would be thoroughly carried by him in this type of mission.

”Is there anything that we need to prepare before our departure?” Lin Yun asked as he read over the mission carefully. He needed to make sure that he didn't miss any details in case they needed it.

Lin Xiao shook his head. ”We should just head out and depart.”

”How about if we hunt beast rank 6 directly?” Fan Ling asked with her eyes burning in passion. ”That way, we only need to hunt 7 of them!”

The others: ”…” we'll die first!

Lin Xiao also shook his head. As much as he wanted to, he knew that he wouldn't be a match against beast rank 6. Heck, even beast rank 5 might make him run away because they were already very strong.

”We should just test our luck first. Let's head to the transportation hall.”

Since they were taking missions, they could use the transportation runes twice for free. One to head there and the other one to return back. There was no need for them to pay this time.

Lin Xiao was about to head there when he recalled something. ”Oh right, who else have taken this mission aside from us?”

The woman was stunned by the sudden question. She smiled. ”Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to divulge information related to other students to you. Even if you try to use your background, it wouldn't be of much use in Sun Dragon Academy.”

Lin Xiao nodded satisfied. The others were confused why he didn't look disheartened but Lin Yun soon understood that his brother was only testing the water. If there were people who were trying to find out where he was, at least, the academy would not be the one to leak the news.

It would be other students who was staying in the mission hall.

There were no one around them, though. Not many students would take mission each day because many of them took hard mission that required them to leave quickly and not returning back for a period of time. However, after they had left, several people did enter the Mission Hall.

It was not their matter anymore, though, as they had already taken the teleportation and head to their destination.

”I can't never get used to the teleportation runes.” Han Jiang felt like vomiting. Because it was such a long distance, the runes caused side effect such as nausea to appear within him. Right now, he was struggling to hide his condition from others to prevent them from teasing him.

Lin Xiao looked at the large mountain before him. ”This is…?”

”It's Huang Mountain,” Princess Lan Yi Hua took the chance to explain. Her eyes that looked at the mountain was a bit warm. ”It's the border to Hua Lan Kingdom and there's always dispute whether this mountain belong to Sun Kingdom or to Hua Lan Kingdom.”

Lin Xiao nodded. Thinking a bit more. ”Right, when there's a chance, help me to learn some history and other theoretical class matters.”
