Instantly, everyone was looking at each other with menace. To think they would be able to fight in the academy after a while. It seemed that able to get the rooms at the highest floor must be the most powerful one.

”Once you have picked a room, just insert your Qi into the door and it'll change color. You can only change room by having the previous owner insert their Qi again and change it back before you can insert your own Qi. When you change room, all of your items there will be thrown out if you hadn't taken them all. Alright, you may go now.”

Wenren Yu looked at Lin Xiao. ”There are a total of five floors in this building. Which floor do you want us to take?”

”Third.”

Lin Xiao knew very well that each floor only accommodated 30 people except for the first floor when the dean gave them the building's plan. There were a total of 156 new students here and aside from 120 who would be able to occupy the second to the fifth floor, the rest have to stay in the first floor.

They began to climb up, following some other students who climbed. Most of those who climbed to the next floor were those with cultivation at least Body Training Rank 10. Those lower than that would have to stay at the first floor unwillingly. After all, they didn't have the confidence to beat those at higher cultivation stage.

Each cultivation stage meant improvement in some point. Body Training Rank 10 have improvement in overall strength, which was why it usually took a long time for one to advance to that rank. And Foundation Establishment was even more so, which made it impossible for them to fight those at higher rank without proper preparation.

”Xiao, which floor do you want to take?” Song Hua asked when they stopped at the third floor. He curiously followed Lin Xiao's group.

Lin Xiao passed a glance at Song Hua, surprised that this talkative man could speak normally. ”We're taking the third floor.”

”Huh, third? Why don't you aim higher?”

”This is enough for now.”
