We opened the wooden door and went down and there was a passage. Apparently there's only one path. So I ask what I'm wondering about.

”We're weakened, but we're okay with monsters and stuff, right?

Brass and Cain answer me.

'If you're underground in Freetia, you're within the boundaries of the wards, so you should be fine.

If this corridor leads out of Freetia, that would be a different story, but don't worry, I'll fight the monster then.

Then I guess it's safe. So I proceeded to a large room. I was alarmed that it was the boss's room, but it seems to be different.

”It's not going to be easy, is it?

There was a huge puzzle in front of me. Lily asks.

'Tact, what's this?'

You don't know about the puzzle? You see those blocks with the picture on them?

”Yes.

It's a game where we use empty spaces to move them around and make a picture of what we want.

This puzzle is commonly known as a sliding block puzzle. The more blocks you have, the higher the difficulty level.

In front of me was an 8×8 square. The number of blocks was 63 sliding block puzzles. Pretty challenging.

At least I've never experienced it. This was that one. I saw it as a challenge from the management. I'm taking this challenge!

First of all, I visualize the finished product. If you don't do this, you won't know where to move the blocks.

In the meantime, Lily and the others are playing, but they all get bored quickly. It's surprising that Ix can't solve it.

'It's beyond the processing limit,'

I'm convinced. So that's how difficult it is.

The image is complete. The only thing left to do is to use the empty squares to complete it.

Can we make it there?

It might take a while, but I'll give it a shot.

The strategy is the same no matter how many squares are added, as long as it is the same puzzle game.

The strategy is simple: arrange the blocks in order starting from the top left.

After an hour, the puzzle is completed. It was still quite difficult.

The picture of the block was a shield, a knight's helmet, and a bat on it. Fortunately, the picture was easy to understand.

'Do you recognize this picture?'

It's not...

'I don't have one either, but the bat represents a demonic strain, so you'd better be wary of it... and if you're a knight, you must be quite high up in rank.

Then the puzzle moves and a passage appears. This is the flow of clearing various hurdles.

As you walk down the pathway, you'll see the next barrier. There was another 8×8 square there. The difference was that there was a white and black stone in the middle four squares and a black stone on the ground.

After the puzzle, Othello was next. Othello is also a game where the strategy is analyzed, but unfortunately I don't have the computer brain to play it.
