38-announcement of acceptance (1/2)

Then, the next day after the tumultuous entrance exam.

After spending the night at a nearby inn, we decided to go see the announcement of our acceptance.

But there's nothing in particular for me to do, though.

The announcement of acceptance to the Earthria Magic Academy was in the form of a representative from each house going to the reception desk to pick up the envelope containing the acceptance letter.

In other words, there was nothing for me to move on.

All I had to do was wait for Ted's report while drinking coffee at a nearby coffee shop.

'Master-!　Here you go!

With a loud boom, he opened the door and walked into the coffee shop to find Ted, a blond boy a little shorter than I am, with hair that looked like burnt tortoiseshell candy.

'Look at this!　I would have passed!　What do you think!　I did my best!

Ted said even as he unfolded a piece of paper with the word 'Pass' painted in large red letters.

Huh. He's a noisy fellow.
