15-a well-made toy (2/2)

''Nonsense.''

I'm getting tired of the quicksilver by now.

I lightly knock off the wind line blade that Barth released with my left hand.

''Huh? Bo, my magic, with my bare hands!

A mystery I've been wondering about for a long time has finally been solved.

Magic Tool Regalia.

Perhaps the appearance of this tool was one of the factors that lowered the level of the magicians.

Indeed, magic tools are convenient.

Because they are so convenient, modern mages must have thought

”If I have the magical tools, I don't have to construct the magical syntax (source) by myself,” they thought.

In fact, in a world without the natural enemy of the demon race, even instant simple magic would have worked well enough.

But alas.

Two hundred years ago, when I lived in the era of 200 years ago, the environment was not one in which such toys as magic tools could be used.

As a result, these tools deprived the magicians of their 'thinking minds'.

That's sorcery? I thought they were flying balloons.

''- - Oh! It's yours! That's what I'm talking about!

An enraged Barth hits a series of sorceries made with the exact same sorcery syntax (source).

It can't be helped.

It's a thank you for helping me verify this much.

I'll show you the real magic without any mix-ups.

The Wind Edge.

The magic chosen was the same as the one used by Barth, the Wind Line Blade (Wind Edge).

A flash.

The Wind Line Blade (Wind Edge) that I constructed flew through Bath's magic.

''Fubera!''

The debris crumbled and the berths rolled over in a wide circle.

Of course, I added a few tricks.

I've put some flashy effects on it to show the difference in power, but I'm sure I've reduced its power considerably...

This kind of resourcefulness would be impossible with a fighting style that relies on magical tools.
