143 Time To Move Out: Part 22 (1/2)

Monday, 5th of May 2021. Garret High School. 1100 Hours.

”Is our principal a mad lad?” Patrick asked since his school wasn't on holiday.

”I don't know, I don't think that an atomic bomb is enough to stop him getting us into a dangerous location such as this school,” Nathan commented.

They were in the classroom. They cleaned that classroom since it was Monday. Fernando and Eva were looking outside of the window. They were looking at the council member who was preparing for the next school festival.

Clara was cleaning the whiteboard with a synthetic cloth. She wanted the whiteboard to be clean. Shaddam and Aveline were cleaning the bloodstain that was on the wall.

”A bullet that struck on our teacher's head. Never thought I'll see the day,” Shaddam said.

”Yeah, me too,” Aveline wiped the bloodstain on the wall.

”Nathan, look!” Eva pointed her hands downstairs. She was pointing her hands at the student council members.

They were still a student that held a weapon like a pistol, but the problem was that some of them even had assault rifle on their hands. The weapon was mainly AK or M16A1. Those weapons were a relic, but dangerous enough to put any aggressor away.

”This is madness,” Nathan said as he looked at the students downstairs.

Every single person in the 12-G was wearing a level VIA plate carrier under their school coat which could withstand a .416 Barrett with an armor-piercing tip. But still, they were anxious when they saw their friends carrying an assault rifle around the school while they only could bring a pistol at most and that pistol must be concealed.

”This is a bad idea,” Clara said.

”Yeah, just imagine if someone decided to attack again. These guys will be target practice for them,” Nathan said.

In the contractors' perspective, very dangerous infantry personnel was special forces. The most dangerous individual infantry for contractors was another contractor. The battle between Lizeth and Clara proved that. But high school kids without any leverage in combat? Hitman team would just roll their tanks on the students.

”Well, you want to take care of that person right?” Patrick asked Nathan as he pointed his finger at the president of the student council.

”Yeah, I will. But after the heist,” Nathan said.

”Yeah, let's go downstairs and observe. By the way, don't forget about the drill,” Nathan poked Stacy's back.

Tonight was the night when the drill would be moved. The needed to highjack the truck and moved the drill into the storm drain which was dried up. It wasn't an easy job, but not as hard as moving twenty tonnes helicopter out of a hill in the middle of nowhere.
