109 McGrath and Dynn: Part 9 (1/2)

Tuesday, 2nd of December 2020. 0700 Hours. Garret High School. Outskirts of capital.

In the classroom, business was, as usual, students were preparing for their teacher. As usual, Aveline was cleaning the whiteboard with Nathan. Both of them were cleaning it so the teacher wouldn't complain about the whiteboard being black.

”Clean, as usual, good job Aveline,” Nathan said.

”Thanks, Nathan,” Aveline said as she put the eraser on the teacher's table. Patrick, Shaddam, and Alex were approaching the door together as usual. Those three were always very close. Ryan was browsing Reddit on the back of the class.

Laura was writing the agenda for the class and Patrick was checking the class inventory in case some of the stuff went missing. Most of the students besides the staffs were preparing for the class.

”How's Lynn?” Shaddam approached Patrick after he put both of their bags at the table.

”She's good. I'm in contact with her, but she's in a different school isn't she?” Patrick said as he walked to his chair. He sat down on that table and he put his books and utensils on that table.

To be honest, Patrick wanted to put his ACR on the table, but his suspicion of Shaddam being Bravo was still there. In short, he afraid that his friend would like to kill him.

”Patrick, what's the matter? You seem to be daydreaming,” Shaddam said. Patrick just shook his head. Patrick looked at the whiteboard. He waited for the teacher to come.

Patrick looked at his phone. He looked at the documents that were disguised as an ordinary PDF on his phone. He was looking for Iris's name on that file. It wasn't hard to find the file, the hard part was to find the evidence that Iris was killed or kidnapped.

The teacher came to the class and Patrick put the phone in his pocket as the teacher sat down on the teacher's desk. Patrick looked at his table. He wondered how long would the normality last. As far as he knew, it wouldn't be surprising if his school got suddenly shot by rioters. If that happened, all bets would be off.

Tuesday, 2nd of December 2020. 1400 Hours. A coffee shop near Trinity High School.

”Ok, I should be working. And the manager is probably scared of us,” Patrick said as Clara and Lynn were using their combat loadout. They entered the coffee shop rudely by kicking the front door while Patrick was working. Patrick pretended that he didn't know them and left the coffee shop and changed into his combat loadout.

All of them were standing in front of the counter of that coffee shop. Patrick had no idea why they came, but one thing for sure. They came because there was something urgent, every single one of them was holding a machine gun. Lynn with her MG5, Clara with her LWMMG, and Patrick with his PKP.

”So... What's the matter?”

”Our target. We found her, let's go,” Lynn walked to an armored vehicle. Well, not an armored vehicle, it was Hitman 1. They were waiting on their tank.

”Nice to meet you Delta, I'm Zulu,” The commander of that tank said as he entered the tank.

Zulu entered the tank and the tank started rolling down the empty street of the capital. The road was empty due to the fact that the city was under lockdown.

Lynn, Clara, and Patrick entered a black SUV as usual. On their way, Clara explained that the other contractors were waiting for them on a traffic junction and would join the operation as the tank passed by.
