”Wow, it really looks a combination of the two and its engine is like its just humming. Wait...could they be aliens?” Ash was amazed when he first saw it but then remembered something dreadful.

”Nah, I saw two people inside through the binoculars earlier” the police officer contradicted.

”What do you think they're doing? Could it be they are looking to rescue survivors or just scouting around?” Ash glanced at his brother and asked.

”Not sure”

”Uhmm...should we try to towards them?”

”No! That's unacceptable! It could endanger the life of Rena!”

”Then, are you suggesting that we should just stay and wait for our deaths? We're running out of food and you know that”

”Urgh…” Ash's brother just groaned and looked the the aircraft slowly hovering around the district.

”It might be a painful death but I'd rather die in ”their” jaws than slowly dying from hunger and despair” Ash said with his back face at his brother while he laid down the already sleeping Rena at a nearby sofa.

But just as Ash turned around, a hand held his collar as he got pushed back on the wall.

”Are you trying to send our sister to her death by risking our lives by going through those horde of monsters? When we're not even sure if they would really help us! You shouldn't forget that mom entrusted us our sister's safety before she turned and...died” Ash's brother said to him with a raised voice, full of anger and with bloodshot eyes.

”Yes! Yes i do! Why!? Because I know that I won't be able to bear it, looking at her slowly dying from hunger and full of despair when the time we ran out of food here and we're powerless to do anything! Rather than going out there risking our lives looking for a small amount of food! I'd rather choose the most stupid and riskier choice! If it's successful then we're saved but if not, then we'll just die faster in the most painful way” Ash yelled back with a face full of rage.

”You bastard!” the officer said with gritted teeth and was just about to punch his face but stopped.

”What? You're not gonna do it? Then let me do it for you!” Ash punched his brother's face with a belly full of anger.

Pow~!

The man staggered back while holding his nose and then looked at Ash, full of anger and he clenched his fist and was about to charge at Ash when...

”*Sniff* Please..stop fi-fighting” when he heard a sniffling childlike voice which made him stopped on his tracks.

Looking at the pitiful face of his sister made his heart ache and he grinded his teeth in anger before he glared at Ash and said with a cold voice ”I hope you won't regret this”

”Pack up and let's go while the zombies on the street is attracted to the sound of the aircraft” he said angrily before he turned back and slowly walked downstairs.

”Please d-don't fi-fight with Brady” Rena said with tears in her eyes.

Ash smiled and rubbed her head and said ”We're not”

”Let's go, we're leaving this place and go to a safe place with lots of foods and toys, okay?”

”Uhmm...okay~”

Ash immediately went strapped his backpack before he picked Rena up and went downstairs where his brother, Braddy is already waiting for him.

”I hope you're right. Let's go” Braddy glared at him before he slowly opened the door slowly and popped his head out, looking from left to right.

”Follow me” he said as he made sure to walk slowly and silently on the ground.

”Don't make any noise and close your eyes, okay?” Ash said to Rena, who nodded in return and closed her eyes with her body quivering in fear from time to time.

Ash just sighed helplessly and prayed in his heart that he's right before following behind Braddy as they finally left the antique store that they were hiding in for safety.

A couple of minutes later…

”Damn, damn, damn!” Ash kept muttering while Braddy was running just beside him.

”I told you this wouldn't work, dumbass!”

”Shut up and just run, you as*hole!”

”F*ck you! If we die then I will find and kill you in hell!”

”You wouldn't be able to kill me because we're already dead by then you idiot and f*ck you too!”

”Shit! Run over there!” Braddy cursed and then saw a building wide open with just a few zombies.

”Fuck, we're trapped! Dammit!” Ash cursed and as they ran back on the streets when they saw a large group of zombies coming out from the corner of the corridor when they were just about to enter. Luckily for them, not even a single mutated appeared.

”Let's just fight our way out!” Braddy yelled with anger and just started hacking on the incoming zombies and Ash followed suit. Luckily for this two, the zombies doesn't really move fast while attacking.

”Shit, we're really gonna die at this rate! F*ck you to hell for real Ash!”

”F*ck y- Look! That thing is coming towards us!” Ash pointed at the Pelican just a few hundred meters away from them.

”Please help us!” they started shouting with bloodshot eyes and they prayed in their hearts that the people inside would notice them and their prayers wasn't in vain as the Pelican started shooting the zombies surrounding them.

Bang~! Ratatatat~~~~!!

”Yes~~~~!” Ash yelled with so much joy that he started tearing up with snot even coming from his nose.
