Supreme commanders of the Zerg brood were of course Hierarchs. They were mostly direct descendants of the Overmind Zeroth and his wives or first Zergs that Overmind created and evolved, all of them were God-Ranked psionic cultivators and had control practically over most of the Zerg troops created.

”Then this issue is solved then. Zelretch would then go to sign Void Soul Geass with Zeroth and Zerg Swarm. As for the next things we could only wait and prepare. My Ouroboros Empire would start the offensive against invaders together with Kaleidoscope Empire when we will be ready. Oh, Zelretch I heard that you gave the Magitek Technology os Eos to the race of that Executor and apparently 'that' thing had gone missing from the Void.”

Said Leylin to Zelretch who was weirdly looking away. It was commonly known that the Magitek Taechionolgy was very advanced when it existed. It had also, the great advantage that it could still and continuously evolve. Especially when Leylin mentioned 'that', the atmosphere in the meeting room became weird.

”And why not? Akai didn't care about that as he is only interested in obtaining God-Devil System back, if not why would he then make that agreement which was disadvantageous for him? He gave him Charles Patricius: Our Transient Glory and even rewrote the records, thus releasing potential so the Sacred Devourer Ghouls could evolve into Sacred Devourer. So what if I gave them complete Magitek Technology and gave that Executor that seed. Xenos. also didn't care as they are practically of his race and I think it would be interesting.”

Answered Zelretch with bit angry voice.

”Yes, that may be the truth. But why, by the name of Baator did you give him the Destruction Seed you madman?”

Screamed another voice of man, who just now entered the room. It was an older man in the golden luxurious looking robe. He was sitting on the throne and before him was a young man with handsome looks. He had white hair and light blue eyes. He was Kelemovor or by his real name, Akai. The Administrator of Death and Samsara. He just now entered the meeting room and had pretty angry expression as he looked at Zelretch.

”Shut up Akai, and why not? You overwrote the whole record of the entire race as them because you wanted to obtain God-Devil System as soon as possible. I think that it would be entertaining to watch all that havoc he would cause with that power.”

Leylin and Xenos just watched this and didn't much care about this. Even though giving someone the Destruction Seed, which was something very rare across the endless void was the source of the Destruction Energy.

”Zelretch I said it to you many and many times already, but I will say it once more. Behave more accordingly to your position as Administrator of Akashic Records and don't do everything just for your stupid entertainment. Even Leylin is doing at least of his duties, even though he is spending most of his time researching.”

Said Akai angrily to Zelretch as he looked at him and Leylin just chucked. Even among administrators, not all of them were very good at doing their duties. Some of them were just doing what they wanted and didn't care too much about their position. Zelretch just shrugged his shoulders and didn't think much about it.

”Then we should end this meeting of Akashic High Council for now. All issues had been addressed and we will meet next time when something will come.”
