102 These events are not for me (1/2)
Even though she knew that Lucien would answer no, she still tried it. When he really answered no, she didn't give up on her little dream to dance with him, and she continued pestering him until Lucien reluctantly agreed to dance, even though he wasn't good at it.
”Only one dance.”
Said Lucien with a tired voice after approximately fifteen minutes of constant attacks from Itori's side. Then she returned to normal form, with a very satisfied and happy expression on her face, as she has achieved what she wanted. After that Lucien stood up and like a proper gentleman he asked Itori for the dance. To this Tsukiyama Mirumo clapped with his hands, all people stooped dancing and made a space for Lucien and Itori.
Even though Lucien came from the aristocratic household he wasn't accustomed to banquets or similar events, because he always spent time cultivating and training and never cared about this. HGe knew some basics dances, and he knew how to don't fall. Itori was much better in this than him.
When the came to the dancing parquet, they bowed to each other, as this was beginning of the formal dance and started dancing, traditionally Walz. Lucien didn't know any other dance beside this one. They danced around ten full minutes until it was already time to end the dance and the dance ended with a kiss.
After that came to huge applause and Lucien with Itori returned to their place, where Tsukiyama Mirumo was already waiting for them. He was smiling faintly as he was observing the entire event and Lucien's and Itori's dance.
”I would like to compliment your dancing, but you are really not the best dancer, Lord Aeon.”
Said Tsukiyama Mirumo when he saw Lucien sitting down. Lucien only smiled a little, as he knew that the words of the Tsukiyama Mirumo were true, he was a bad dancer, maybe slightly bad at most.
”I know, but as long as my fianceé is happy then so be it.”
Answered Lucien as he looked at Itori, who had a very happy expression on her face after the dance with Lucien. Apparently, for her, it was a very happy thing to dance with him. Compared to her, he didn't think about dancing like a happy event as he knew that he looked probably terrible and he didn't like doing anything which made him look bad or idiotic.
”Then I must congratulate to your engagement, Lord Aeon. I wish you happiness only.”
Lucien nodded his head hearing this and returned to his previous thing, talking with Itori about various mischievous things. They spent another two hours at the banquet of the Tsukiyama Family before finally going back to Lucien's estate. After some time Lucien got bored with it and wanted to return to his estate and go to sleep or train.
