173 Confrontation (1/2)

Accompanied by his confusions, Li FuJin is bound to kill anything related to a blood beast, and having a mixed blood without their knowledge means death.

After a couple of breaths, Li FuJin's messy mind turned clear, he pulled the sword away from Yu Yan's chest, while watching her wound healing fast.

Wiping the blood on her chest, Li FuJin carefully covered Yu Yan with the quilt, then he gently strokes her pink cheeks with his thumb while silently staring at her.

Afterwards, Li FuJin got out of bed, but he remained standing on the bedside while staring at Yu Yan who's sweetly sleeping like she didn't care what's happening.

However, with all confusions on his mind and heart, Li FuJin started to speculate the time that the seal was made for Yu Yan to act like a child.

Li FuJin calculated that when Yu Yan was in coma for ten years and just woke up less than three years ago, there's no doubt that she was more than six when it happened.

”What's your relationship with her?” He mumbled again.

Standing on the same spot, Li FuJin glanced at the side table, he took Yu Yan's mobile phone and check for Zhiyuan's phone number.

In a few strokes, Li FuJin found Zhiyuan's phone number and started to call, while it just took few rings until it was answered.

”Hey what's...” Zhiyuan on the other line speaks but was interrupted immediately.

”Meet me in the garden in five minutes” Li FuJin said with a cold  dangerous voice.

Without waiting for an answer on the other line, Li FuJin hangs up, while he looked back at Yu Yan who's sleeping in the bed.

With a confused feeling while watching her silently sleeping, Li FuJin disappeared inside the bedroom, leaving Yu Yan alone.

In a blinked of an eye, Li FuJin appears at the garden, but he was not surprised to see Zhiyuan waiting for him in just a short time after the call.
