138 Actions speak louder than words (2/2)
Hearing her words and a nervous voice, Li Fu Jin is aware that Yu Yan is reluctant to answer his questions directly. He knew that she is afraid that he might lose control once he thinks that she was touched by another man.
However, what Li Fu Jin means by touching her was if she sleeps with the man who saved her. Even though he knows that Yu Yan didn't lose her innocence, he is still troubled that someone touches her skin.
Confusions began to run through Li Fu Jin's mind, he still doesn't understand why he feels this way when it comes to Yu Yan. While the little girl on his childhood and the pendant unconditionally flashes on his mind.
”Wait for me in the living room, I'll tidy up, and we'll go back.” he says while trying to calm himself.
However, he did not let Yu Yan to stand, instead, he lifted her while he walks towards the living room, and he gently put her in the sofa, but he kisses her passionately before going back to the dinning area.
Yu Yan: ”...”
Why do you keep on kissing me?!
While waiting for Li Fu Jin, Yu Yan is in deep thoughts. She doesn't understand how Li Fu Jin treated her differently by time to time.
Li Fu Jin's confusing actions made Yu Yan wonder, his words and actions doesn't sync together. She tries to think if he cares for her but her heart is aching whenever she remembers his words not to touch him.
When Li Fu Jin and Yu Yan went back to the university, Li Fu Jin did not follow her at their homeroom. She keeps on lowering her head with embarrassment under her classmates gaze.
Disappearing with Li Fu Jin made her feel that their classmates suspected that they were together the whole lunchtime. Although they were engaged, she cannot tell anyone without Li Fu Jin's own claim.
Unexpectedly, Zhiyuan sat on Li Fu Jin's chair and without a warning, he hooked his arm on her shoulders while whispering on Yu Yan's ears with his enchanting voice. ”He is your useless fiancee, isn't he?”
