With the serious expression of Lou ShenRu, Elder Quin who's been silently watching suddenly sighed, while tries to hide the discomfort in his heart.

”Grandfather, it's getting late, the young masters are worried, we have to take her home.” Lou ShenRu said with seriousness on his voice.

The old man nod. ”You can find her at Rain Forrest, you will find a hut near the lake. That's where she always stays.”

”Rain Forrest?” Lou ShenRu wrinkled his brows. He looked at the old man with a disapproving eyes.

Lou ShenRu was trying to surpress his anger. ”Why did you keep it from us? You know how the first young master strickly forbid anyone to enter that place!”

The Rain Forest is owned by Yu Min, but the place is forbidden to anyone includes Yu Yan.

However, the old man did not answer his question, while a bitter smile appeared on his lips.

Lou ShenRu took a deep breath. ”Is this why you took time to speak with me?” He said while trying to stop his anger.

Unfortunately, Elder Quin did not answer, but continued to smiled to his grandson which means a default that made Lou ShenRu shake his head and wave his hand to say good bye.

On their way to Rain Forrest, it took them an hour to arrive the entrance, where it has a high gate with high voltage wires as its fence.

All Lou ShenRu know that this place is really been protected to preserve it's natural environmental landscape, the severity of the defence is one what suspicious.

Isn't this a bit too strict?

Entering the gate, the gatekeeper made a salute when he saw Lou ShenRu's group that is arriving.

Cars were parked beside a small wooden house where the gatekeeper lives, until they immediately get out as they will need to walk for 30 minutes to reach the lake.

The sun has already gone down. They took flashlights even if the moon has started to shine giving them light to see the road.

When they're about to reach the lake, they heard a girl's lovely voice singing such a sad song, but with her clear like water voice it makes their heart feel calm while the song sounds like a lullaby.

The lyrics of the song seems to be for someone special, the sadness of being separated but vowing to wait for each other and love forever.

Since when did she liked this kind of song?

Lou ShenRu look at YuYan with curiosity while she was sitting on the edge of the lake, but he can only see one side of her pretty face.

Warm and kind looks in her eyes while staring at the stars, YuYan seems to be looking somewhere far away that cannot reach by a naked eye.

When Lou ShenRu was about to call her name, Yu Yan raised her hand and took a bottle then suddenly drink a mouthful.

Lou ShenRu: ”...”

She's actually drinking!

Satisfying her throat, YuYan was about to continue singing, but her voice was interrupted when one of the guards accidentally stepped on a dead dried branch that creates an unpleasant crackling sound.

Yu Yan's face instantly turned black, she turned her head and looked at the source of the sound with an unexpected cold murderous eyes.
