Chapter 334 - Mike Gu plan (1/2)
In Imperial city, Mike is walking back to his office after finished talking with Jun. He cannot believes his grandmother actually files a lawsuit to Shin Corporation due on the new opening of Shin Corporation. Madame An actually asked and defame Bella in front of grandmother Gu as the main culprit behind of the decline of Gu mall sales.
It was not because Daniel fault that the sales decline in the company. It just that the executives in Gu Corporation still using old fashion strategy. It is Madame Gu fault who always taking side with the executives rather than listening to her grandson. Mike already gives a pointer to Daniel to make a profit for the company, but it always returns back to the table by the executives.
Mike makes his plan to eliminate and clean up the Gu Corporation for his grandmother and Daniel. Harry will tackle all the lawsuit from Gu Corporation.
Madame Gu is furious to know that no lawyer in Imperial city dares to take her lawsuit against Harry and Shin Corporation. The company shares start to fall. They managed to file the lawsuit by using the company legal team which was gobsmacked with the decision of their chairman to face the best lawyer in the world. The head of the legal department, who was ex-judge, tries to talk her out. He weight in the pros and cons of the lawsuit which gives them the best result.
He even knows that Harry never lost in any lawsuit in the history of the legal world in Imperial City. Every judge loves and adores him as he will make the trial become short with all his manoeuvre. Now, his feet tremble to know that he will face him in the court.
Mike and Harry are in the video call with Jones in the meeting room. As instructed by Jun, Jones already use Jun account fund to purchase the shares. Many shareholders are afraid of the price fall. So they are happy when Jones offers them a good price. Harry subordinate already in the process with the transfer of the shares. However, the process cannot be revealed in the public.
The plan already fixed and Harry will execute it within the next week. Dan already worked on the public relation and press release but as instructed, Mike and Jun put hold into the matters. Madame Gu is making a press release and defaming Shin Corporation. Madame An tricked to make the shares in Shin Corporation fall down and the shareholder will be mad.
However, they did not know that Shin Corporation shareholder is only contained Jun Shin, Bella and his best friends. Jun was cleaning up the share's holder in his company from the corrupt executives and tidy up his management without anyone know it. The shareholders only know that their shares were getting buy by the foreign person. Jones was used all mean to acc.u.mulate the shares back then using Jun's account on the swiss bank and moves it under the shell company in the Caribbean before transfer it back under Jun names.
Madame Gu press release is making a headline throughout the Imperial City. Everyone was on the verge of collapsing from their seat due on the bravery of the GU Corporation. They will be expecting a good show with the Gu Corporation taking their fall soon.
As everyone in the business knows Jun never attack straight away, but he will toy with them unconditionally before crushing them. Shin Corporation did not make any move and operate as usual. The grand opening of Shin luxury mall under the management of new director, Mike Gu, proceed as nothing happening.
Jun got the reports from Harry and Mike about everything including the plan for crushing the Gu corporation as planned. He also got the chatter from online that pick up the movement of Madame Gu legal team and Marketing staff tries to ruin the grand opening of the Shin Corporation.
”do you really can handle all of this? Or do you need me to go and take care of everything?” Jun gives them scolding regarding the problem in the company.
”Did you finish taming your wife?” Harry asked him about it.
”I lend you my company but I expect you to execute it elegantly,” Jun is giving them an ultimatum.
”you know our plan already… we are still playing with them. You can come back if you want so we can have a small vacation,” Harry and Mike are in unison to answer their boss.
”Do you want me to cut your pay? Who is the boss here?” Jun is treating them.
”yeah… yeah… yeah… you are our boss… okay!!! Happy!!!” harry gets annoyed when he got threatened. He closed the connection and went back to the company whilst Mike is having a meeting with Daniel. They are meeting in the coffee shop near Shin Corporation.
Mike is entering the coffee shop, he is wearing a suit that design by his wife, Cath. Daniel already sits down on the table near the window. He sat there with his pink shirt and holding his ice mocha on his hand. Mike walked elegantly into the table and sat down opposite of Daniel.
