They arrived at the head of the village house and they could see the old man sat down in the centre of the lounge room. Doctor Lim bow to him and introduce me to Mr Cheng.

”good evening, Mr Cheng. My name is Liam Choi and I need your help to contact my staff to pick us up,” Liam bowed his head to give respect to Mr Cheng.

”Young man… take a seat first… Welcome to Xian village… let me give you the warmest welcome to your wife and your unborn kids,” Mr cheng give him the sign to sit down.

”Thank you for saving us and welcoming us. However, we need to get Bella to the hospital. Could you lend me a telephone or way to go back to the imperial city,” Liam couldn't stop his reasoning to get help for Bella?

”I do understand your worries. Young man, we don't have any telephone and we do run for stuff in the imperial city in the next two week. I believe until then you need to stay with us,” The head village explained wisely.

”What? How she will survive two weeks without treatment?” Liam started to panic and raise his voice.

”Hey… that is a huge insult for me. I managed to treat you and your wife,” Dr Lim felt offended with his word.

”Understandable with your worried big city boy… I will ask Dr Lim to take you to the guest house after checking your wife condition. Aunty Ye relay the message that your wife is conscious at the moment and confused,” Mr Cheng informed him and smile.

Liam bowed to him and walked out toward the hospital with Dr Lim. He really worried with Bella condition at this stage.

In the hospital, he saw Bella sit down in her bed while holding a glass on her hand. There is an IV line still on her hand.

”Aiyooo… your husband is here…” Madame Yun took the cup from her hand. Liam walked closer to her. Bella looked at him.

”Are you okay Bella?” Liam comes closer and caressed her hair.

”How you know my name? Where am I?” she bombardier him with his question.
