Chapter 469 - What a bridesmaid should do? (1/2)

Ryn helped to hold Mika's dress as they walked into Parc del Laberint d'Horta. After breakfast just now, Mika and Ryn entered Mika's room to do make-up and hair. Once she was done, Ryn helped Mika putting on her dress before the other woman helped her to wear her dress. The men used Ryn's room to change into their outfits. This time their outfits were a bit formal with both Jeremy and Jason wore their tuxedo. Jason's was white while Jeremy was dark blue. When they met in the living room, Ryn realized that their outfits were paired together. Mika's pink dress was paired with Jason's tie and the lining of his pocket. Ryn's dark blue dress was paired with Jeremy's tuxedo.

The crews were already waiting for them. They quickly approached the quartet to greet and helped to carry Mika's makeup bag.

Ryn immediately went to the monitor to check the setting. The cameraman happily explained what he had in mind with the lights and flowers. Ryn nodded as the cameraman pointed here and there.

Mika who saw how natural Ryn joined the crew twitched her lips. It did feel like Ryn was here to work not as her bridesmaid.

A bit disappointing...

”Don't get jealous over silly reason, love. She is helping us with the photoshoot. Give her a chance to do her work as your bridesmaid. This is what a bridesmaid should do, right? To help the bride?” Jason coaxed when he noticed his fiancee was sulking as she looked at her best friend.

Mika looked at him sadly. He smiled and dropped a kiss on her lips gently, careful not to smear the lipstick.

”Maybe we should appoint her as the director for the shooting, ” Jeremy commented dryly beside them as he watched his girlfriend busy discussing with the cameraman.

”I agree, ” Jason seconded. He too felt like it was clearer when Ryn gave the instruction. Last time the cameraman kept praising them during the shooting but the instructions were not clear. Ryn had to explain the suitable poses for them to understand.

Mika pursed her lips thoughtfully. Ryn did make it easier for them to pose. It must be because of her experience as a model so she knew what pose suitable.

”Are you feeling better now? Or do you want to rest first before we start?” Jason asked her gently. He wanted her to have a good mood during the shooting. He did not want her to be distracted when she kept thinking about something else. Today's shoot was supposed to be about them anyway.

Ryn approached them. Without asking, she helped to hold Mika's dress and urged her best friend to walk to the point of the camera. She then gestured for Jason to come.

”We'll take test shoot first, ” Ryn explained as her hands busy arranging the engaged couple pose. She also helped to arrange the dress so it would look good on the camera. And once she was satisfied, she went back to the cameraman and looked at the monitor with narrowed eyes.

”Okay, we will start. Smile brightly, ” the cameraman said cheerfully as his hands holding the huge camera. His finger started to click a few times before he stopped and looked at Ryn, waiting for her comment.

”Good enough, ” Ryn nodded approvingly. She knew afterward the cameraman will edit the photos.

The cameraman made a quick check using the camera. He too shares the same opinion as Ryn. The photos were good. He then lifted the camera to focus on the couple. ”Okay, this time is real.”

Jeremy stood beside Ryn as the cameraman happily clicked his camera. He did not give instructions as Ryn did all the work. Jeremy looked at the screen and get proud. His Ryn was gifted in directing. Maybe if she was bored being in front of the camera, she could just work behind the camera. And he did not think it would be as busy as her work right now as a model. She could do this job part-time.

Ryn did not know that her action made Jeremy planned for her future. She was serious about ensuring the photos came out great. She even went forward a few times just to help with the poses.

”Let's change the place, ” she sat after several frames taken. She told the cameraman where they would go next and then went to help Mika with her dress.

”When are we going to take photos together?” Mika m.o.a.ned as she followed Ryn's lead. Ryn checked the map and photos taken by others online before they came here so she had a general idea of what they would do today.
