Jeremy sat on his chair and crossed his legs. The men in front of him were squirming with nervousness. Since this morning, their boss kept quiet except the time when he told them to watch the press conference.

Not a word came out from him during the half-hour conference. To make it more awkward, the CEO of RX Corp looked so uncomfortable in front of the reporters as he announced about the charity party his company will conduct at the end of the month.

Everyone was confused especially the media. They were told the conference was being held to announce the collaboration between RX company with Long Corp. Not the subsidiary but with the main company and the project would span more than five years with three big projects.

But now, the hype was for the charity party?

Some of the media were glancing at each other in a puzzle but those who experienced enough in the politics of business could guess what happened behind the scene. Especially when they have the experience of facing Jeremy, the businessman.

These experienced reporters gave a sympathetic look at the employer and employees of RX Corp. It seemed like this company thought they could pressure Jeremy to agree with their cooperation by having this sudden press conference. They should study more about how Jeremy conducting his business. He stood up and looked at the men.

”PR team, make a media release about a new company of ours,” Jeremy ordered.

”A... a new company, boss?” Receiving the signal from his colleagues, Jacob asked Jeremy.

”A record label. I'm going to manage myself in my music career,” Jeremy said.

”What will be the name, sir?” Jacob asked as one of the PR team typed furiously in his tab.

”Hmm...” Jeremy leaned back against his chair. ”Pure.”

Everyone was stunned. Pure as in the word? So short and simple? At least they could their boss would choose something from the astronomical aspect or about the scenery. But 'pure'?

Jeremy smiled. Pure is the meaning of Ryn's name, Catherine. He wanted to show that his love for her as pure as her name. Besides, with him the only artist in the company, he could produce his own songs according to his preference. And he could arrange his own schedule based on his mood.

”Just a press release, not a press conference?” Jacob asked for confirmation.

”Just a press release,” Jeremy confirmed.

”About RX Corp, sir?”

”Reject and blacklist them,” Jeremy decided. He hated this kind of thinking that he could be pressured by anyone. He is a Long. No one could force him to do anything he did not want.
